Has been growing a beard for almost 5 years , seeing it grow and improve each years just makes me feel so much better year by year, finally decided to grow it all out this time to see how it looks like. A mid/long beard will be my goal . Giving myself another 2-3 months and will trim it down to tidy things up.
Just hit a month growing the beard again. I am looking forward to getting a hair cut soon. Things are slowly opening up here on the West coast of Canada. I'm gonna keep growing the beard for another few months.

I'm letting my beard and hair grow out again. I'll probably keep my beard trimmed with #18 Beardscape mode. But my hair, f#@k it! Pony tail coming soon LOL (damn hippie)!

I am on day 56 growth of my beard. I am looking at 10 inches in length. hopefully I can grow it 120 days.

Hey Daniel, could I have some advice and tips on beard growth please? I started Regaine 5% Minoxidil foam 7 days ago. I derma roll twice a week (Saturday and Wednesday) with .5 needles. For supplements I take Biotin, Iron, vitamin C, vitamin D3, calcium, zinc, collagen and Vitamin E. Am I missing anything supplements wise? I’m also looking to purchase some cold pressed organic 100% Jojoba oil in a mixture with peppermint oil as a moisturiser and follicle stimulator. Any advice appreciated, thank you.
I also take Fish oil and Super B-Complex tablets daily which I forgot to mention.

Dude, this seems insane to me. I just eat well, exercise and let the beard grow. I’ve got nothing beyond that.
