Migration: Part Two (Documentary)

In early 2017, The University of Texas Wind Ensemble set out to make a mark in the world of music. Jerry Junkin lead his ensemble through the process of premiering new works, recording a world-class album, and touring to Kansas City, Missouri.
Now one year removed from those pivotal events, we’re proud to present part two of “Migration”, a documentary by Luke Gall. Migration follows the musicians, conductors, and composers behind the music. The film gives the viewer a look into rehearsals, lets them see interactions with musicians, and hear directly from the composers.
In this final installment of the documentary, we meet composer Jennifer Jolley, explore the CD recording process, and go on tour with the University of Texas Wind Ensemble.
