Hi William! Wow! What a storm.😮 It was very nice of you to react /analise other smaller appearances of Dimash and also the other aspects of his great talent such playing his traditional instruments. His body language while singing is like he is floating on a cloud..and then he delivers these heavenly notes.. You must watch him play the dombra in other performances.. he is on fire.🔥
There is footage of Dimash, his father and a friend playing dombra together. They only have two dombra between them and they are reaching across each other, one playing the left hand and another playing the right hand and switching dombras. It’s fun. But definitely watch River of Love, it is beautiful. He can also play piano, guitar, xylophone, drums and others.
Oh, how I would love to hear Dimash playing the xylophone (have only seen a tiny clip of him playing it during one of his concerts) because it's one of my very favorite instruments. It's so beautiful! It would be wonderful to see it used more.
A portion of the 2019 New York show featured Dimash & several dombra players appearing on a stage near the back of the arena floor. As they played, the portion of the stage Dimash sat on elevated. He certainly has more stomach for heights than I've ever had!
Oh, William, I was pleasantly surprised when I saw you'd reacted (again) to Dimash! You are one of my favorite reactors -- reacting to my favorite singer. Have a wonderful day. Cheers from a Maryland Dear.
I agree with you William. Dimash is one in a billion, I would better say he is the best singer of all time regardless of genre or personal taste because no one has been able to reach his level of vocal histrionics. He is a living legend!! ❤️🎤🎼🔝🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹👏👏👏👏👏
Deeply in love with his voice combined with an amazing personality. I accidentally discovered him about 4 years ago and since then my mind is blown away almost every time I hear him... As you already know he has an extraordinary way of touching our souls... it's never enough... Thank you for your reactions to him. Many greetings from Greece. Katerina
Great video! I hadn’t seen this particular video in its entirety before and it was great to hear Dimash’s introduction to each part. I agree with you that Dimash is AT LEAST one in a billion! (I believe that it would be challenging to find someone else with half Dimash’s talent, but I’m open to hearing them if they exist!). Hope the weather improves soon and you can enjoy the sun once again. Cheers from Canada!
@@BangkokVoiceCoach happy to hear the storm has passed! We’re officially getting Spring showers here in the capital, but we are hoping not to have the scale of storms we had last year. Thank you for your loving wonderful reaction! I enjoyed it very much! I am glad that Dimash brings so much happiness to so many people including me! Love Dimash!
His connection to truth and his modesty is a lesson to us all. In fact, the more modest he is, the more his talent grows. Most performers are all ego. Dimash is all love.
Thank you! I love 'halfway between Heaven and Earth' :) That is where Dimash's vocals live! William, could you explain the small hollow in his neck at 2:55? A reactor has said that they had never seen that before and that was some sort of 'secret weapon' in Dimash's vocal arsenal! What is happening when he goes very high? :) As to the Dombra and the Kobyz, I am amazed at what comes from 2 stringed instruments! Dimash is very good and Dimash's Dad is expert at playing the Dombra. The Kobyz has it's strings far above the instrument and it is so very interesting to see how they are manipulated with the fingers to make amazing sound.
Sandra, thank you for your lovely words!! Do you mean that shaded area above his Adam's apple? It's quite noticeable in that freeze frame. But I couldn't guess what it is!! His neck is long, for sure.
Definitely one in a billion 😊 We can at least say that much, there are a lot of talented singers in the world, but no one comes close to Dimash, he is one of a kind and deserves our admiration and love ❤️ Peace!
I just can't believe that dimashes comment on not being a dombra man I sometimes wonder that its the nerves talking when dimash says that but you can clearly see that the nerves just leave the room when he actually plays the dombra olzhas qurmanbek who plays the kobyz is also extremely amazing 👏
I think Dimash is quite skilled on the dombra. I think he just means that he doesn't have a degree in dombra playing🤣 I wonder if the dombra is made to mimic the sound of galloping horses. That's what it reminds me of.

His absolute powerful and unshakable presence on stage, compared by some to a god of music, sometimes to a prince or king, the energy he absorbs from the Universe, then how he anchors himself to the Earth, his connection with the Divinity, all at a place, it gives him the strength and confidence to "command the audience, to order the orchestra, to order the song", so that everything comes out the way he wants and how Dimash feels, that is unique. All these qualities are only at Dimash, absolutely.
