Your energy is what gets you around. You have the proper travel mindset. Kenyans are very friendly and hospitable people but we are also very serious about our boundaries and security. Don't worry about the police (not Military) on the streets. That is part of our democratic process. People speak their minds here and police have to keep the peace when we are disagreeing. Right now we are disagreeing on certain issues. Our military does not get involved unless something has gone very wrong. You will never see military on Kenyan streets unless something globally serious has happened. When you meet with the police, be friendly and respectful. Most of the time they will just leave you alone and even be kind and protective if they realize you are not involved in whatever disagreement they are managing. I'm sure you have experienced something like that.
Great adventure, those mums are so inquisitive,I love their enthusiasm and great work,I pray that God blesses the work of their hands 🙏🙏.Lovely content bro.
That sculpture is worthy more than $6k. Saw some comments calling it just a worth less piece of wood! Are you out of your mind? In the west, western travelers are setting up businesses that sell wooden furniture (that’s made at roadsides in Africa and sold cheaply) for an arm and a leg in upscale furniture stores. They have restaurants too based on local cuisines from overseas that we don’t value! Wake up. These are Kikuyus in Masai markets and putting themselves out as Masai 😮! So impressed by the Masai market having moved from the street to a building 👍🏿. Great content. Thanks
Hi Lawrence, how are you today? If you ever meet street boys/ beggars on the streets, buy food instead. Don’t give them money. That’s what we do because we discovered beggars are into some kind of a business. While street kids they end up buying alcohol, ‘gum’ and all those kind of things.
In Africa, education is very important and the only challenge is lack of free schools and transportation as happens in the west. Literacy levels are high. European languages are not an issue in Africa.
@@OpinionatedGlobalCitizenstop laughing bro and get exposed outside you will learn something..no uganda as a foreigner will get big opportunity before any kenyan
Due to traffic people choose to use public transport e.g commuter train. There are also a lot of bypasses around the city so those who does not have any business in the city uses them to move from one end to another, for example...Vehicles coming from Mombasa towards Uganda do not enter the city, they use either southern bypass or the express way and vice versa, those going to airport too have so many alternative routes rather than going through the city.
God bless you bro for your generosity but those street guys at down town streets sometimes they might end up Coning you! But upp town is very safe so take care
According to the videos I can see the shopping malls, shops and markets but I don't see shopping arcades as it is in Uganda.Does Kenya also have shopping arcades?

Since we were young we were told that our country Uganda had the highest percentage of English speaking, I guess Kenya is high on the list too. Nice

Why is it that Kampala has more cars than Nairobi?I have watched many videos about Nairobi but i see few cars.
