Just look at a huge number of cartoons from the late 90's and the early 2000s, you've got main characters of all ethnicities (except maybe native american and jewish).
But people don't really care about that. What they want is not representation, it's an excuse to complain, blame their issues on others, and capitalize on people's race, sexuality and gender by making a 0 effort show or game where the main character has no personality outside of being x minority.
