Ziggy adds so much to this show. He routinely has the most perceptive takes and talking points. The algorithm brought me this channel (because I'm a Packers fan, lol) and I'm glad it did, these vids are in my weekly rotation with Grossi's and Perna's
By posting Packers content for the viewers, Paul and Ziggy slowly and surely will become Packers fans one day. Give it time. I say by the end of next season they are totally bought in and ill be here for it! 💚💛
The upcoming Packers/Vikings game is going to be one of their fiercest in years. I honestly think both teams have a history of choking when it matters most. Most of the NFC North games this season have been pretty epic, save some of the Bears games and the first loss the Packers had against the Lions which wasn't exactly our finest moment.
I don’t agree that we’re not as hot now as we were last year during this time. Over 30 points in the last 4 games. They end the year strong and we’ll be looking back at this stretch as then being red hot.
After the Packers won in Dallas last year, I thought they had a shot at the SB because, to me, Love was the best QB remaining in the NFC. This year, I think he has the highest ceiling of the playoff bound/hopeful teams.
Ziggy - if you look closer - what was inflection point of last year’s game vs SF? It’s when Right Tackle Zach Tom went out in 3rd Quarter with a head injury; after that look at the tape; you will see against a smothering rush, the replacement couldn’t provide same protection & that’s when you saw Jordan feeling rushed & his timing was off - threw 2 interceptions; and looked like the Jordan of Sept & Oct - which is imho was largely because of an OL finding itself and dealing with injuries
It looks inevitable 2 of the 3 NFC North Teams will clash and whoever is the hottest at that time will win regardless of the 3. Love how unpredictable it is this year, all teams chasing a playoff spot need to play lights out for the remainder of the season. It's like extra playoff games for all of us. Great show as always guys. GPG!
The interesting thing about the Packers right now is Love doesn't even need to peak. He just needs to play at 80% of his ceiling and Jacobs should be able to handle the rest. Might not win against the best teams in the playoffs that way, but they'll at least be competitive.
Craziest part about Cooper is that he isn't even the best rookie on the team. Its Evan Williams, but he has also been hurt and Xavier gets a lot of the safety attention. Evan was the highest graded rookie by PFF for multiple weeks earlier this year
Aa a Packers fan your take on their defense is accurate. Against goods teams the D has looked like trash. I'll be a believer in the D when they shut down an elite offense.
OMG I just realized -- it's going to be a Vikes-Bills Super Bowl. The two 0-4 all-time Super Bowl teams! In a crazy finish, they will somehow both lose.
Matt has been holding Jordan back, putting him in good positions, while leaning on Josh Jacob’s for the time being because it’s working. Come play-off time, we will see a full, dynamic team who will make the NFC Championship
Also, may the best team win, not the refs. You have NO reason not to trust your Sam Darnold. The losses often come from somewhere we don't expect. D wins championships.
You guys got to admit. He's HEALTHIER than he has been ALL season since before injury in week 1. Also I am a PACKER fan BUT don't doubt your team guy's. They are a good team have some hope! Thats about all the love I can give the Vikes Go Pack Go
Don’t know tbh. Packers might have a shot but Vikings are solid and it’ll be a shoot-out with Detroit. Tampa is flying under the radar and eagles are formidable. This year is shaping up to be an exiting NFC clash.
Packer's biggest issue is stupid mistakes. Stuff like muffing punts, drops, penalties particularly in the redzone, a receiver slipping on a wide open 3rd down etc. Their offense can really get in their own way sometimes. Playcalling as well, if i have to watch another shotgun HB Dive on 4th and short I'm gonna lose my mind. On defense the middle of the field has been getting abused the past few games before the Seattle game, and we haven't held a top offense to under 30 so far. Also we are objectively WAY better than last year. Offense is 3rd in the league in DVOA and defense is 8th. For comparison we had the 6th ranked offense and 28th(!!) ranked defense by DVOA.
This. Seriously I have no doubt that we can improve our middle of the field defensive schemes as we get closer to full health, and hopefully those mistakes costing yards of play through penalties are on the decline. The run plays up the middle however, piss me off to the fullest especially against teams like Detroit where you’re essentially wasting downs that could sway the game.
As a GB fan they need to start stringing together back to back complete games. This business of playing great for 30 minutes and a dud for 30 minutes will get them bounced in the first round.
this podcast is SO much better without that bloke with the sunglasses... i know he's a mate but for your success you may need to address that at some pt... the two of you are naturals and your analysis on the games and attention to the details is sound and gets better with each ep so keep it up and good on you for doing this 👍👏
Sorry guys I am terrible on names, and I think the cat woke me because I got a claw scratch across my eyelid as it ran across my face but that guy behind the McDonalds Drive in Window on the right at it spot on about Love at 3:18 on the tape about needing to bring great! He has been real good give him that! Perhaps LaFluer needs to open the game plan during practice ! I think right now the focus is trying to have the team being a dominant run team first and prepping the team for strength for the playoffs.Look what San Fran did to us in the playoffs with Christian! They had Brock but Christian won the day for them! Once they establish over time that dominant run back bone! They can assuredly go back in practice mode to start incorporating heavy pass and then you will see Love shine more ! Give it time to develop! It will show up when we play the Vikings on the playoffs!
My Packers are exactly what their record says they are - 4th best in the NFC. Vikings are finally for real. They have the coaching this time to win big games. I think people are sleeping on them because of past chokes but this team is different.
Didn't Brady have a few SB where he didn't play well but they still won, I'm just saying you don't always have to play like a superstar to win a super bowl
@fvgc454ss it wasn't a comparison numb nuts, it was more of a. You don't have to play like the G.o.a.t in order to win, cause Brady didn't play well and still won I remember it was a boring super bowl with low scoring
Aaron Rodgers has been falling apart in big games since he won his sole superbowl, and even that year he threw multiple picks in the title game against Chicago to get into the dance. GB's defense dominated that night and Raji got a pick 6 lol. In the 2014 NFC championship game, Rodgers was bad. He threw multiple interceptions in that game allowing for Seattle to crawl back in no time at all. Yes special teams blunder but that onside kick shoulda never mattered. He throws multiple interceptions in all his NFC title games and siphons in on Davante. He chokes in big games and it's been that way since the Superbowl. He's like the anti-Brady when it comes to the post season.
Byron Murphy is definitely not a PFS subscriber or he’d be switching his tune from “tired of the Detroit talk” to “tired of the GREENBAY & Jordan Love talk”
What do you mean better last year? We lost to a tommy devito led giants team and gave baker a perfect passer rating in lambeau, were playing much better this year
They seemed better because they were awful in the first half last year. Our defense is much better as is our kicker situation. Run game is better but I think our passing game is maybe a little worse.
Go pack go. Not jordan, WR need to step up. Were leading the league in drops at one point. Doubs showed how important he is. Appreciate your pack views. Fam in the twin cities
We keep getting these leads and just coasting the rest of the game. Why not run up the score like Detroit does? It’s literally like “let’s just try to keep the score the same” the rest of the game
Go Packers! We normally have to win this game, even on a bad day. But we'll see...The Packers have to remain consistent, especially Love. It can't always depend upon who ate what and who got laid last night... 😮😅
Love hasn’t played like a superstar and the packers have scored 30 points in each of the last 4 games. Jacobs is 3rd in the league in rushing. This team seems to be built to win without a 400+ yard 3TD performance from the QB.
Point of fact: this game last year the Packers lost at home by 14 vs the Bucs. The week before that, they lost to the hapless Giants. The truth is, they’re much hotter now than they were a year ago. If you’re going to pander to Packers fans, please do your homework.
What is it with the Vikings uniforms last night? I get the all white but the horns or wings or whatever that is on your helmet should have been yellow or purple. You guys looked like Penn State. And what’s with the silver? That’s not even your color….
Of course not. Love is a top 10 QB. He can LOOK top 3 vs saints... but against real teams he withers. Last year, SF, what happened? Throws an INT to end the game. Has the worst passer rating of every QB in the NFC playoffs. What happened to Toyotathon vs SF???
I know you only post about the Packers for the views and I just want to say that I’m totally here for it 💚💛💚 Go Pack Go!
I'm here for it too.
Gotta drift to a more popular team and I'm all for it
Yes. No but I think he really likes the packers tho, maybe more than the Vikings. Something he struggles with at times
GOPACKGO!
It’s great to hear none hyperbolic discussion.

Yea I like these guys too. Sideline scoop by Luke beller is good too if you were looking for something else
When Jordan Love was throwing those interceptions. He was hurt. He is healthy now and he’s been a diff QB.
goof and geek bus have the same number of interceptions, now ints aren't a talking point
99% of your fan base would say yes.
My favorite Packers Fan channel 😅

Great show absolutely Love it 💚💛💚💛

Regarding Packers defense- they just not need to be the reason they lose. This years D should be able to accomplish that

The Aaron Rodgers that we know didn't become "Aaron Rodgers" until the playoffs in his THIRD season. J Love is already ahead of the curve
😂😂 Packers were better one year ago? Weeks 14+15 they lost in NY and were destroyed by Tampa in Lambeau.😂😂
Much better this year.
They seemed better because they were awful in the first half last year. Our defense is much better as is our kicker situation. Run game is better but I think our passing game is maybe a little worse.

We keep getting these leads and just coasting the rest of the game. Why not run up the score like Detroit does? It’s literally like “let’s just try to keep the score the same” the rest of the game
Running up the score may have caused some of those injuries by proxy.
Vikings and lions look better and the eagles are also a bit better. But I would not count the packers out.
