I’m probably biased with saying IbisPaint is my favorite drawing app because I’m a young artist and too broke to afford Procreate, but anyways love your art❤
its okay imo procreate isnt all the hype. its easier to blend on procreate but the brushes are better on ibis so i usually stick with ibis. both have their strengths!
@@winniie. Procreate has AMAZING brushes, which are more organized + you can download whole brush sets. It’s definitely more of procreate’s strength!
30 seconds in and I'm already spitting my drink out all over my keyboard because THERE'S A REFERENCE WINDOW?! I've been using this for maybe a month to color comic pages and the way I was referencing colors from previous pages was to copy-paste the finished page's colors onto a referance layer on the current page. You've just saved me a lot of time and headaches 😂

There's also another way to fill in base colors (it's much easier and way more fun too imo), so when choosing your tool(?) in "special" you can choose the lasso fill option (I'm not the best at explaining things so sorry if this is all over the place)

If ur having difficulties coloring the special tool if u press it twice there's a laso fill/erase to help you color faster
how to export and import brush codes , enter the brush settings , theres a black button with 3 white dots, and yeah theres how to acces and the rest is easy

dude, im a laptop user, and im too used to my current program, i get too frustrated with ibis, theres too many options and i dont really have the patience to try them all, not to mention i use a total of 1 or 2 brushes for the majority of my drawings, but overall its a challenge to get used to new programs, especially if you only used 1 program for years, owo, BTW your art is so pretty!!! ahh your so talented!!!!

@@Ollie-zq3kq reference and the reference window is easily one of the most useful tools in digital art! a lot of people who aren’t artists seem to think reference is “cheating” but it’s not! we all use it and it’s not a bad thing to use it 🫶
