That is what I will be making for Christmas however in Jamaica growing up in Manchester the green gungp ripens in December so it was always green gungo for Christmas. Mrs.Debbie, Haitian cooking uses cloves the way Jamaicans use Pimento/Allspice. It flavors beautifully but you don't need much because cloves is strong. Happy Holidays!!!! 🎀🎁
