I think the reason Wirtual almost one shot the bug slide section is because he's been practicing bugsliding IRL by covering himself in mayonnaise. That's likely also the reason he's no longer in the same room, he probably got evicted due to the mayonnaise damage to the house.
Just a bit of history on the term "beta" in climbing (9:35) it doesn't actually mean the route-setter's intended path. It actually just refers to receiving any help/advice on how to finish a problem (chat is giving Wirtual beta in the clip). It originates from a shortening of "Betamax" (a video tape format that pre-dates VHS) which some climbers would use to record other climbers finishing a problem and then share with each other to help spread the techniques that worked -- you would say you received a good "beta" if you watched someone else climb a route and then were able to finish it by using their techniques. The term is more widely used now to refer to sharing any information on how to finish a problem rather than an actual recording, but I still think the origin is cool, especially since it's given rise to other niche terms like "alpha" (meaning a route-setter's intended path that is strictly harder/worse than a discovered "beta") despite the fact that the terms' origin is not in fact the Greek letter, or, more commonly, "beta-breaks" where a climber finishes a route with a new technique that is easier than the beta that had been shared with them (though strictly speaking, this in turn makes the new and easier technique a new "beta" for the route -- as it has 'broken' the old beta and replaced it)
15:13 this is exactly how i feel, i probably wouldn't search pyramid things up on my own, but hearing you being passionate about it gets me engaged and interested
15:06 "People like pyramid content" I don't necessarily like pyramid content, but I like when someone's really enthusiastic about a topic. So it is appreciated from my side. :D
I don't really get the "I'm still in Norway" meme. Assuming he doesn't want to pay Norwegian taxes, how does pretending to be in Norway help? Unless it's some kind of double bluff where he is actually in Norway and wants us to believe that he's not by saying he is.
Pyramid content definitely grew on me now that's its passion driven and not meme driven. Seeing you enjoy things simply to enjoy them is amazing content, even if chatters throw hate your way ❤
5:00 if you were in France, same redistribution system, outcome on public services quality is invertly proportional to the amount of money the state costs to run.
If you're in Malta, do not show outside your windows. It's incredibly easy to find addresses there. Anomaly had his address literally added to google maps (as a sperm bank)
When Wirtual was talking about the gaming house for a Twitch stream, for a moment I was thinking he said ‘Engels’ instead of ‘angles’ and was about to call you comrade
and also when you think about the amount of time somebody has to put into making a fursuit, plus the cost of materials, the price definitely makes sense. Like some fursuit makers have to dedicate 2-4 weeks to every single suit that they make if working alone, and the bill of materials can easily be over $1000 alone, and if you do the math there, a $4k fursuit, assuming $1k for the materials and somebody working 20 full work days to put it together, you're basically paying somebody an $18.75/hr salary to make your wearable carpet.
Bird are probably the second-lowest maintenance pet, after fish, but I’d argue that the benefit of getting eggs from chickens outweighs the greater excitement of a spinning fish.
12:08 Yes, people do collect fursuits. No, its really not as profitable as you think. Lotta time investment, material cost, Commission dependent. Arts will struggle to make income.
the thing that makes fursuits so expensive is that each one is custom made based on the buyer's character, so saying that any particular fursuit is "rare" and therefore valuable doesn't really apply. They're only really valuable to the person that made the character, and they're all one of a kind, usually hand made, so there's really not a lot of room to go much higher on the pricing
It wouldnt surprise me if wirtual did a sponsorship with a vpn provider and one of their selling points is "pretend like you are in norway/marta with good ping"
27:17 Wirtual looking for synapse engagement entertainment value with minimal interaction in a pet over companionship and affection makes me wonder what his ideal partner is. I don’t want to say it’s a literal circus clown but…
Re bouldering Beta - it's just as bad form to tell people what the beta is unsolicited, for exactly the same reason as it is not to tell you solutions to trials maps
I asked an old-timer alpinist why it was called a "beta." They would record each other doing first send problems and routes with the old Betamax camcorders. It was the "intended beta"
12:16 I love how the editor made it sound like Wirtual owns a fur suit for $2500 😂 that editing is perfect
I didn't catch that it was an edit I totally thought he was just being causally open about it.
hehe Furtual
15:24 freedom
Wait what was he saying originally?
it would be one of the plot twists of all time if he actually did
I think the reason Wirtual almost one shot the bug slide section is because he's been practicing bugsliding IRL by covering himself in mayonnaise.
That's likely also the reason he's no longer in the same room, he probably got evicted due to the mayonnaise damage to the house.
The mayonnaise damage is primarily holes in the drywall from him bugsliding into it.
Really beating a dead horse huh?
Sliding into a dead horse on mayonnaise*
Why he would use instrument to bugslide? everyone knows that mayonnaise is an instrument
please for the love of God tell me why everyone talks about him sliding in mayonaise!
28:53 Wirtual with the clutch save
E
Almost doxxed himself as Jay-Z
Can't believe Wirtual drove all over Beyoncé for the entire video
Just added more Skidmarks 😂
Right especially during NNN
Meanwhile at 23:34
All over Beyonce's mounds
Exploring all their areas

That is really interesting, and it would be a lot cooler name than "GPS"
Thank you Buckley for the zoom in at 3:33 i found it very humorous

Great map. You should try to beat "Card Asian" next. Looks similar, but with bigger mounds and scenery is much worse
You're not selling it in very well 😂
@@Marlesden Doesn't "bigger mounds" do it for ya? lol
@@SicMvndvsCreatvsEst8 BIGGER MOUNDS???? SAY LESS
Wirtuals pronounciations are smoother than a fullspeed map
Better than your spelling of pronunciations
Pronounciations? American?
Chat: mentions pyramid
Wirtual: anyways I started talkin
So glad we are getting more trial content, always my favorite videos. Would love to see more!! ❤
Buckley Pants' editing is god-tier. Those zooms, and those cuts...

Wirtual has been so funny recently. You can really tell he's thriving
I can't tell if Wirtual is actually evading taxes or not.
for legal reasons, he clearly isn't

15:16 - people want to see Wirtual happy and passionate about something, EXCEPT burritos.
I feel like your community wants to see you have fun and be passionate. Like dosnt matter if its chess, TM, gorilla grip, Maji..., or pyramids

I'm here for the pyramid content, dunno about you.
I want to watch him slide around on the floor covered in mayo
A fish is closer to a decoration than a pet imo
thank you wirtual for explaining how things work most the time for us non trackmania players who just love to watch you play and talk XD
"having good spatial understanding of what line gives speed" is called Lars

first time seeing a trackmania video and im already in love with the game

Yeah, new main channel vid 🎉
15:30 It's true I'm passionate about gorilla grip and feel relieved.
I watch a 30min Video and all i can think of is the short pyramid part. Keep it going! We need Northern Africa irl stream
Love the trial map videos I hope you make more of them
I'm glad Wirtual is living a happy life in his new home in Norway
funny coincidence he talked about history for granite, ive been binging that channel alot lately

14:40 just subscribed to History for Granite so I can see that video when it comes out.
Wirtual sounds like the kind of person that would totally own a fursuit, but never let it see the light of day.
No one would know...
Wirtual every checkpoint: "That's kinda far"
Such a perfectly crafted wirty vid
we BEAT beyonce
good evening car game enjoyer 😎
of course there isn't a single video anymore in which Wirtual doesn't go on a tangent about Pyramid conspiracies.
the thing with fursuits over furry art is yes fursuits cost more but furry art is easier to keep hidden from anyone you don't trust.

Wirtual is actually on the run from the government and this is why he keeps saying he's in Norway 18:15
