Although the remains of 10-year-old Neisha Hinds have not been recovered, her mother, Marie Beckford, is convinced that the child, who was washed away while swimming at Sugarman’s Beach in St Catherine nearly two weeks ago, has died.

There are too many permissive parents now in Jamaica. We have lost our minds and no longer become parents but want to be friends and allow our children to do everything. Children need structure and guidance. I have seen it in Jamaica at beaches where young girls are out in the water with boys having sex not saying this is what happened but parents beware.

How far was this 10 years old girl out in the water, that they both drowned, a 10 year old baby, especially girls, should be held very close to your chest. How on earth she's in such deep water with a MAN ??? I've seen this as carelessness in such strong stormy time as well.
