That was a great video, love all of the different trestles that these trains run over. Have to get out West and see this organization, hopfully catch a day when all three are running.
OCSR is running 2 photo specials in conjunction with Trains Magazine in March. Then Skookum is headed to the Roots of Motive Power Museum in Willits, CA with its owner.
Trains Magazine sold out the first photo charter pretty quick. There's currently a waitlist for the second one. If you miss it you can see Skookum in Willits.
OMG this is awesome not just the locos but the scenery .I'm from a place we call the quad cities. (american pickers) about the only natural wonder around here is the mississippi river.I have to go there next year.
No your right they both worked for Polson they both last worked for Rayonier before steam came to an end. It would be great to see them get back together one more time.

I thought Polson Logging #2 was at the Mid Continent Railway Museum in Wisconsin. How long has it been in Oregon?
It was moved to Oregon last year.
