- It's Pride month! We have a wide array of LGBTQ characters in musical theatre but this does beg the question: how would they celebrate Pride month?

How would Usher from Strange Loop celebrate Pride?
I did almost include him! The reason I didn't is because I couldn't decide whether it was a Jamie New situation or a Come From Away situation as the show is very much based on the writer's personal experiences.
But hey, let's give it a try for fun - I think Usher is probably tired of corporate pride. Working as a Disney Usher he probably sees a lot of the falseness of that side of it. He'd probably be fairly "business as usual" during pride month.
Thoughts on how Alison and Joan from Fun Home would celebrate, Ellie?
They'd fit into the same category as the Kevin's seeing as Alison in the musical is an autobiographical depiction of Alison Bechdel herself.
What about Harry Bright from Mamma Mia?

Harry probably likes a quieter pride, he gives me the vibes of someone who would be a little overwhelmed at a pride parade, for example.
