    So the goal of those practices is to go back to the non existence we originally came from? Could it be described as the Buddhas answer to suffering is a suicide only achievable in his worldview because he believed in reincarnation? Self extinguishment. Needs to be presented this way at the outset I think. Dispels misunderstandings that this is a life affirming, self realising process.
