Great tutorial on Camtasia for PC. Please do one for Mac. And please do one for doing a video blog on UA-cam. Thanks. You have great pacing and explanations.
This is very informative for a beginner. I enjoyed and learned a lot out of it. Looking forward the advance part of camtasia. Also if you could share details of Microphone and other setup used for recording it,, that would be great :)
Enjoying so far thank you. Just a comment on the need to explain the difference between Delete and Ripple delete when you first introduce the editing out parts of your video. Also would be very interested in more videos as I find your style very suitable for a beginner, the pace is good. I'm one for the Library video for sure.
I have a question about audio, please. Your video is excellent, and the audio loudness is the same throughout. In some other videos I've just seen - funny enough, videos about audio manipulation in Camtasia... - audio loudness went up and down, and I had to adjust my audio a few times throughout the video. What is it that you are doing that these other youtubers aren't? Is there a setting for this? Audio is the key component of online courses, so apologies for nitpicking.
Can final cut pro or even imovie replace camtasia for filming a course? And could the built-in screen recording option in laptops be possible a alternative as well?
Thanks this was very helpful. Can you produce a video collage in Camtasia? Are there ways to highlight the cursor other than size, to make it more visible, like a circle or a highlight? Thanks. Looking forward to more on Camtasia.
Hello can I ask you a question? I am preparing a video with photos and videos of a trip, and once I generate the final mp4, in some parts of the video I see less than 1 second pixelated, however in the project it is not pixelated or at least not in the same moment. Do you know why this happens and how can I correct it? Thank you very much for your help
I would try to increase the quality when exporting. For MP4, all my tutorials on my channel are exported at 75% quality. After that, you don't get much more quality but the file size increases significantly. So I always recommend 75%. I am not experiencing artefacts on my videos.
After my video was saved, I noticed that in the background you can see the Camtasia logo. Is this happening because is a free trial? Will the same thing happen if I buy the program?
I for one am "Definitely interested in a Mac Version"- as I am using Macbook Pro 😬. Frankly I am overwhelmed by what this software can do- reminds me of Photoshop in the very early day's with lot's of layers etc etc and I gave up on that way back then. All I really want to know is HOW to create (example only) cool animated logo for intros for basic UA-cam vlogs. Just like the last video I just did - unfortunately if you watch that Episode 1i did, you will see that my skills are at an entry level at the very best 😏. A tutorial for stuff like that would be awesome and hopefully I can justify spending $160 for this 2020 version. I would like to improve myself and my content by using Camtasia 2020 but dont know how. There is just so stuff much to learn and it's scaring the crap out of me to be honest 😱.
@@AussieAdventurer Camtasia on Mac is very similar to the Windows version, just tiny differences and some features that are not there, but sometimes the Mac version is a little ahead -- for example, even now, in Camtasia 2021 the Mac version has LUTs but the Windows one doesn't. And some features like the Standalone Projects were available on the Mac first and on the Windows edition they were just added.
Or Just use whatever graphics card you have use their recording software like Radeon adrenaline or Nvidia Shadowplay these are on par with OBS. And if you don't have a graphics card then you go with OBS x264 (prefer Fast preset but does require a beefy CPU) don't go below fast preset anything below Will not change anything graphicly and your Just putting out more power for not much more quality
This is my very first time using Camtasia. Your video had just the right amount of information. Thanks for getting me started!
Yes please! More Camtasia videos! I have enjoyed your videos very much, they are so clear! I’d love to see some for Mac as well. Thank you so much!
You are the best instructor. It helps me a lot.
Fantastic - so clear and very well explained. Thank you. Looking forward to more of your videos.
Excellent job! thank you soo much! You made video editing and recording very easy to a beginner like myself!
Great video and nice introduction. I didn't think you went too fast.

I think I will be trying this program because I like how much editing can be done with this since I'm not a Mac user.
Please more and more on camtasia thank you
I would love to see a video for library! Keep it going!
The Library is great. I use it a lot to save frequently used assets that I have built and I can easily drag them to my future videos.
Please demonstrate on a Mac!

Hey!
I've downloaded this app in my PC but i can't use it properly for saving the video it always show the watermark. Please help, what should i do?
The watermark is because it's a trial version. The full version doesn't have a watermark.

how do you play video from start from one single Button ?
How Great you are!
This will be my comment a long.
Waiting for Advance Project Based Tutorial
Can you go live on UA-cam with this software?
How to download and install Camtasia 2019 on Windows 7, - give me a video, please

Will the same thing happen if I buy the program?
Yeah, the free trial has a watermark but that is gone once you upgrade to the full version. Camtasia 2021 just came out and it's great!
yes Please Library video
Loved it though you go a bit fast. But I just stopped and replayed.
dog barking outside. that irony :-D :P

Well i ended up buying Camtasia 2020 🤷♂️, so now it is learning how to......on a MacBook Pro 😁

@@Graphicious thanks for the reply 😊,
man this thing is beating up my cpu!
Maybe try Camtasia 2021, it's been improved somewhat, performance-wise.
Longtime Camtasia user. The latest version is crap.
Don’t focus on the Mac, PC users are cooler
OBS is better. It is what I use to record.
That's a recording and livestreaming software not to edit your video's or streams. And yes OBS is the best when it comes to recording and streaming.

@@Jarno_Shadowy I find OBS a little clunky, to be honest. Camtasia is a little simpler and easier to get started with.
