I don't think Tuchel will solve any problems. The most important things for the next season is:
New high end medical staff
3 quality experienced players not injury prone
Get rid of those who don't give a damn about the club.
He won't at least be conceding the most goals in Chelsea's Premier League history even before the season has ended, assure you that.
So get rid of the owners? They already sacked the medical staff and everybody else. Totally agree with you.
Build a strong core with a top new CB/ST/LW etc, 2-3 Experienced players, bring back Tuchel and sell off 4-5 of the current dross we have like Disasi, Madueke etc and we get top 6 + 1 Trophy next season minimum.

Pochs insistence on formation is baffling. Blind freddy saw the midfield would be overwhelmed. Enzo not fully fit and playing Gallagher further up the pitch isolates Caicedo. After Conte's side lost 0-3 to Arsenal he changed formation and won the title. A 5-2-3 formation with protection for Silva and deep double pivot and quick forwards on counter attack would've steemed the bleeding. Tactically inept

Every football club needs a manager not just to be a tactical coach, not just someone who manages players well, but someone who is a FIGUREHEAD for the club.
I think back to Tuchel's comments about driving a 7-seater down himself during the period of sanctions, to his rapport with the players, to the comments Toni Rudiger said about how intentional he was about knowing his players, to even the story about him buying his domestic helper a flipping house to thank her for her work. THOMAS TUCHEL WAS OUR FIGUREHEAD.
Yes the performances in his last half a season were not good enough, but Tuchel is someone who will step up every press conference and TAKE RESPONSIBILITY. Our young squad is absolutely dying for someone like him, for his leadership if nothing else. I just cannot imagine someone like Poch being able to galvanise this immature squad right now.

We played great football with TT before Lukaku. I'd say Mourinho would be a better option though. TT is better strategically, but JM is better at spotting talent and building mentality. Seeing as we still have a lot of players on loan and a few guys we need to sell for FFP, JM's probably the better management option to turn around the club with one transfer window. Plus, he still has that JM pull that'll convince players Chelsea would at least be stable and finish 5th or 6th, so they might consider joining instead of us picking from the bottom of the barrel.

I haven't left a Chelsea game early before, but I did on this occasion as there was no fight from the players on the pitch in the 2nd half and it was just humiliating and embarrassing and I couldn't take it anymore.
1. Poch needs to go, his team selection for this game was terrible (Disasi and Badilshile at centre back) and he is unable to motivate the players in the right way.
2. The players that are overpaid and don't care need to go.
3. The owners need to learn quickly - hire a top manager and have faith in the manager to buy the players they want and need.

I have been poch in all season regardless of the results. That changed yesterday. I heard that tuchel was sacked due to behind the scenes antics, but I don’t care anymore. Tuchel is the most elite manager we could actually get, and he already knows some of the squad and how the club works. We need him back to shore up the defense and let creative players shine.

I've been against appointing him from day one but last week I took a closer look at his principles and tactics and I feel he understands football well enough to succeed with this team. How well has Tuchel done at Bayern? I dont think he's the right guy at this moment. Yes, we on the Chapmions League, Super Cup and Club World Cup, which were all great but you later saw how terrble played against lowblocks. They were too narrow, zero vertical passes once the wingbacks were marked out of the games. TBH, it wasn't the best sight to watch
For Tuchel to come back, its not just a significant apology and massive salary boost that would be needed...Tuchel would likely demand that Chelsea blow up the low wage structure model...which owners would have to agree to, not to mention with FFP is it even possible?

Lol I don’t think Tuchel’s the answer… don’t get me wrong I love him, might be favorite manager of ours with the way he led us through the darkness of the sanctions period, but I think us wanting him back (or Mourinho) is pure nostalgia. Aside from the first dozen games of the 21-22 season when we were still riding the high of the Champions League triumph, we were never a great side under him as far as our record. And of course he deserves a ton of credit for the Champions League itself especially being that he was a midseason replacement, but getting consistent results through the grind of the PL season is different from being able to advance in a tournament where fixtures are far less frequent. Look at how it’s gone for him at Bayern, they didn’t sniff the Bundesliga title to end the club’s 11 year streak, and he wouldn’t have won it last year either if Dortmund basically just decided they didn’t want it. And yes he won Ligue 1 with PSG, but they’re just the Bayern of France as far as winning it every year. I’m not sure who the answer is, especially because if we sack Poch I’m not sure who’d come here with how much a mess we are and how little time we give managers, but I don’t think going back to Tuchel or Mourinho is it. Oh, and there’s NO chance ownership swallows their pride and brings him back after sacking him so quickly haha
Haven't agreed with much on this channel lately, but I would take Tuchel back this second. We were 6th when he was sacked, after just 6 games. We haven't been that far up the table since, it's embarrassing. These owners obviously do not want a strong personality as a manager but it's what's needed.

poch's "achievements" this year being making it to a final and a semi final when we had one of the easiest runs (vs leicester, leeds, middlesbrough, preston, blackburn, wimbledon and an injured newcastle team at home, only good team being villa) i think any manager from the abramovich era wouldve done as good as poch. even with our injury crisis the little amount of players we have poch doesnt even know what to do with them; how tf is going to know what to do w even more players. we have no style of play and you can see that today the players have no idea what space is open or runs they need to make for other players to make runs into the open space. if poch is coach next year i dont know how my depression will get fixed
And even then we nearly bottled it against both Leeds and Leicester! We got outplayed by CHAMPIONSHIP clubs and needed lucky goals in the last minutes to get past them...

Sacking TT is the worst decision Chelsea has made, EVER
Tuchel took Frank's team and got the best out of a few of the seasoned players who considered Frank more of a peer. Then after the championship, it all went down hill. Tuchel installed the slow buildup where we are still trying to figure out how not to get trapped with a high press and play out of the back. All statistics show Tuchel leadership was making us worse each match when he was sacked. Poch and the med staff need to go.
We just need to fix the defense. It is horrible. Players like Badiashie and Desasi have cost us a lot
If you look on the table of the second half of the season, were 6th, slightly below Tottenham and slightly above Newcastle. It’s actually not to bad. The next match is against villa and Tottenham. I don’t think we will win both, but i see us getting 4 points out of those matches. The last games are against, Forrest, Brighton, West Ham and Bournemouth. We will definitely lose some points in those matches but we could realistically get around 10-12 points out of the last remaining matches. Which make in total 59 points. If we‘re lucky this could be 7th place in the table and we would have reached the conference league. I know this i just theoretically but i still have hope that the conference league is reachable. But we can no longer afford a loss.

I don’t think Tuchel really has an attacking identity either. Bayern have underperformed this season and have struggled in the same ways as Chelsea except they have the best striker in the world bagging 40. If they had Jackson up top they’d be in 9th as well. Poch doesn’t feel nor sit right to me being our coach, he can’t bring the best out of players. Some players have the Chelsea mentality but can’t channel it out cos of the coach we have. We’ve relied too much on CP and that’s what we get 5-0 to Arsenal.
