@@sahajpatel2784 it's easier said than done. People crib about huge screens in the comment section , but when it comes to buying car, the first thing these people look is how big the screen is. Infact, the companies cater to people's demands. It's the same debate as analog vs digital dials.
The features and interior are way better than the previous one. But TBH front look was better on the previous model. I just hope they won't change the front look of Hector plus.
I don't know how the front end would look in person but in the review that looked hideous. I think the frond end on the pre facelift model was bold and somehow elegant, for me it was the best looking in the segment.
Can anybody tell me how long this Screens and electronic features will last?? Will it last 6-7 years or every morning when i start the car see one or the other screen went off.
Why we again and again calling it a SUV, a FWD vehicle, a monocoque chassis, no 4x4, no low transfer case, no diff locks, no traction control. Ground clearance slightly more than sedan, boxy shape, 18 inch wheels are enough for a car to qualify a SUV tag?? 🤔
I have also seen the Car Yesterday, I definitely feel that Car is Super Premium compared to XUV 700 which is around 2.5 Lakhs costly in Petrol Manual and around 3 Lakhs costly if you compare with Petrol Automatic & you also get ventilated seats🏔, auto dimming mirror, Walkaway lock, Ambient Lighting and one touch tailgate close and Infinity Speakers which are way better then Sony 12 Speakers setup, Only the downside is that it has the same Petrol engine which is i feel is little bit of Compromise & with this compromise you are getting the same mileage as XUV 700, who is only the competitor in this segment if you compare the Petrol Engines, but it will definitely eat the Market share of XUV700.
It should have been an all new generation instead of this marginal change in the interior. The Back has not even been looked at by people at MG it seems. Touchscreen has always been the selling point of this car and not MG has capitalized on that particular weakness of Indians... Features.
Cvt gearbox again? Comeon its not good. I am having cvt gearbox in hector 2022 its not very fuel efficiant i am getting only 7.5 as average mileage ( immagine fuel price for future ) elon musk was right. The cost of buying a car is much more lesser than maintaining a car. Pls choose wisely
Hope touch screen sensitivity will be better now, In previous generation hector it was like a Chinese smartphone. And also lack of physical buttons is a night mare,Driver always need some one help to adjust.Otherwise car is fantastic value for money provided you are not a enthusiast
The only change I see is a new Front Bumper and Grille. ADAS and an even clumsier looking touchscreen inside which will make changing A/C a living nightmare.
No Diesel Automatic with ADAS will definitely effect the sales coz the petrol had a bad reputation for low mileage…!! A diesel automatic with ADAS would pull xuv 700 customers here coz the interiors and screens are attractive.
Exactly what we need in India, smaller aircon vents blocked by an unnecessarily large screen
You would love the screen, don't be a hater :)
No, what we need in India is unnecessary comments like yours where you are sherlock enough to deduce the performance of air con from a video

Sir , when this big screen is given by luxury brands like audi , Mercedes then its looks better and why not with mg ??
Those ac vents are enough to cool you down doctor
I don't like having too much Chrome inserts. New Venue was a nightmare. This one too 😐
The front looks ugly.. may be some Chinese design aesthetics
The features and interior are way better than the previous one. But TBH front look was better on the previous model. I just hope they won't change the front look of Hector plus.
The price to features to luxury ratio is quite phenomenal.
As far as ADAS features, its now right up there with the ASTOR, with a few additions too.
Auto indicators on 30 degree turn won't serve the purpose practically
Superb car! Grt prsntn as usual
It will be a nice feature, looking at how SUV drivers zig zag without indication
I think it's pretty smart actually
@@lemedico the point is indicators are meant to signal even before the driver takes the turn..
@@blesonthomas That's a good point. 👍🏻
Absolutely this feature will lead to accidents. As driver will lasier by this .
Trying to copy that humongous ugly Lexus grill.
This new hector is looking fantastic and the features they add are just fabulous. looking forward for it to launching.
An unnecessarily large touchscreen imo...Would prefer a smaller screen with physical buttons
I jealous about it, i can't wait to buy this 🥺
Why the hack they are not coming up with automatic transmission for diesel version?
I don't know how the front end would look in person but in the review that looked hideous. I think the frond end on the pre facelift model was bold and somehow elegant, for me it was the best looking in the segment.
An option for the petrol semi hybrid & fully hybrid would've done the job
Sorry MG, you missed the opportunity again by not introducing a Diesel Automatic variant.
Them interiors 🤤
Wow they added tami & Bengali for voice command ...good 😊😊👌👌 appreciated
I will not buy this car as they are not providing Kannada language option
Intelligent Indicators or not "Intelligent" and strictly for the "Lazy Idiots"
Can anybody tell me how long this Screens and electronic features will last?? Will it last 6-7 years or every morning when i start the car see one or the other screen went off.
Why don't you guys talk about seat belts.. Do you have 3 points seat belt for middle passenger in 2nd row??
Adas should have been included with the diesel terrains options...
I think it's mainly because Hector doesn't offer an automatic transmission, so while doing all that ADAS stuff eventually system will stall the car.
Innova hycross ka base model is mg top model mg did very good work
It looks almost like new creta facelift that's yet to launch in India
Reminds me of early 2000 android phones...🤣😂
Looks like Karol Bagh edition from front
They should have put four wheels on large iPad 😂
Wow...look at gigantic ghastly cheese grater fitted on the front.
Front grill is more of a Lexus.
2030: MG Hector comes with an 32'' LED AMOLED TV cum Entertainment console.

Sorry to be old school more tech is not what a car should be about mostly the features aren’t even in use on day to day basis
Which is better, this or Astor?

Mg Hector's facelift is so eye catchy this car will be loved by a lot of people.
MG and Benelli are desperately trying to Show that they belong to UK and Italy 😅
How big do you want the front grill?
Yes
Overdone
No diesel auto again... Disappointed
Should have changed the back portion too
It should have been an all new generation instead of this marginal change in the interior. The Back has not even been looked at by people at MG it seems. Touchscreen has always been the selling point of this car and not MG has capitalized on that particular weakness of Indians... Features.
Why is there no diesel auto on offer?
I don’t like the front look but I like the back and the connected lights. The huge screen was totally unnecessary.
That is an amazing car 😍
The mild hybrid version was useless No addition to mileage or power .
They just ripped off mitsubishi Outlander. Shame
That front.. Bling Bling King!!
Its main features is its mileage 6 KMPL in city ,all car manufacturers should launch hybrid SUV's now when they stopped making diesel engine cars.
Excellent interior
Front looks so after market 😀 this vehicle needs some serious design change. Looks boring in front of XUV and Safari.
Approach angel looks terribly bad 👎 .
very good update
Hope touch screen sensitivity will be better now, In previous generation hector it was like a Chinese smartphone. And also lack of physical buttons is a night mare,Driver always need some one help to adjust.Otherwise car is fantastic value for money provided you are not a enthusiast
personally i would prefer a horizontal touch screen!
Screen looks laggy
Why do Indian cars have such puny tires?
Looks like no cost cutting's been done. Kuddos to MG india.
Still no Diesel automatic?
Cars are getting unnecessarily expensive
Front dam replica of creta 2023facelift.they could have made better design rearside
If you say that harrier is better then you are too biased which won't motivate the Indian companies to upgrade their cars
Dream car man hector plus
What ever u try no one will buy. Expecting another exit in 5 yrs
Diesel automatic compulsory...why MG not offering it 😡
#bringbackmanualAC&volumeknobs
i personally dont like over chrome treatment in the front..
The only change I see is a new Front Bumper and Grille. ADAS and an even clumsier looking touchscreen inside which will make changing A/C a living nightmare.
Tyress😤🥵🤮🤮... No auto for diesel 😤
You can give can share the car information in hindi language
Waoooo exterior n waooooooooooooo interior 🤩🤩🤩🤩💯👏🤩
Looking forward to turbo petrol CVT review
No hybrid options? Why even bother at that price point
What’s the reason to miss out diesel automatic again?
No Gujarati? isn't MG produced in Gujarat.
I love the look of previous hector model...
It this on platform of Chevrolet Captiva ?

Am I the only one who didn't like the front look
