  • format your sd card so it works for your 3d Printer, seems the ender3 s1 pro has some firmware updating issues. Formatting sd card so it is 4096 bytes per cluster, isn't so complicated.
    This video will get your sd formatted so it is 4096 bytes per cluster, however if the hardware doesn't support 4096 bytes per cluster format needed for the firmware then it will not work.
    However you can still use it on any device that requires the disk to be 4096 bytes per cluster. In the case it's not working due to the firmware not being comparable.
    How to format SD 4096 bites per cluster on Mac
    1. Open Terminal
    2. type: diskutil list
    3. Find your IDENTIFIER Find your Apple_HFS MicroSD 255.8 GB disk6s1
    4. Type: diskutil unmount /dev/disk6s1
    5. Type: sudo newfs_msdos -b 4096 /dev/disk6s1
    6. Press Enter
    7. Enter your password to the admin of the computer
    8. diskutil mountDisk /dev/disk6s1
    9. Disk should appear back on your desktop
    10. Copy files to LCD first
