I learned how to make this same exact recipe from an old italian buddy of mine many years ago. He would visit us because he loved my mom's Puerto Rican dishes and in exchange he shared some recipe dishes including this alfredo sauce with chicken recipe. The key to the sauce was not cleaning the pot after cooking the chicken but rather making the sauce using the chicken flavoring left over the pot just added that extra awesome flavor. You know it taste great when your sauce is a light coffee color brown and not the traditional white color when adding any kind of meat. Love your vids Chef ............keep em coming !!!

I also add cream cheese and Italian seasoning and parsley for authentic Italian taste 👌

The broccoli is raw but they are small chunks and cooks perfectly in the sauce ^_^
