These are so precious! I have a TON of buttons and will be doing these! Right after I finish my stack of Gnomes from your channel that I love! Thanks for sharing and inspiring!
Just adorable and I'm encouraged while watching your Video because I feel I could possibly make them myself! Thank you for sharing all your great ideas! Blessings! Linda from Michigan 🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄
I love these!! I will make some. I have made your macrame string angels and your gnomes. Had a craft night at work and we made the gnomes. I will add these for crafting with my grandkids!
Wow! Sounds like so much fun! Enjoy crafting with your grandkids! You will also be creating precious memories! Have a wonderful, joyous, magical Holiday Season!🎄🕊✨
I did ornaments with my grandkids when they were younger. We used socks & made snowmen out of them. We filled them with rice. I had a wide variety of little do dads to decorate them. There are a couple of videos on UA-cam that show how to make them. I had so much fun seeing how each one of them added their own twist. My granddaughter made a pair of eyeglasses out of pipe cleaners for hers. One of my grandsons made a different style of hat & said his was Russian. I have 4 grandkids, 3 are my youngest son’s kids. The oldest is my only granddaughter & then the next 2 are her twin brothers. My youngest grandson is my oldest son’s boy. As I said we did these when they were younger, but now my granddaughter is a college freshman, the twins are HS sophomores and very into sports. My youngest grandson is 12 & is into cross country. I’m very fortunate that they all live nearby. I have a couple of friends whose grandkids live out of state & don’t get to see them very often.
Great video. You gave me some great ideas. Thank you so much. I have an button box that was my mother's and I am going to pull it out and see what I can put together this next weekend.
I cant thank you enough for providing the link for the supplies needed for this project. I spend hours looking for just the right material. You made it easy.
Lovely and simple to do with kids.... Depends on age with the hot glue one and taking care with the wire one.... But the snowman is using cotton and you can get blunt plastic needles for kids.... They are very cute.... Never thought of buttons for vertical ornaments. . Cheap to find at charity shops too
I saw some button ornaments on Pinterest a couple of weeks ago & decided to make some for gifts. I searched for instructions & found your channel. I tried a lighter wire first & had trouble with that. The ornaments didn’t fit snuggly enough. So then I tried a sturdier wire & while it was nice & snug it was hard on my hands. I thought about the floss thread you showed but I was worried about it getting caught on something & falling apart. I thought it over, trying to decide what I might have that would have that would work. I decided to try dental floss. Eureka!! For me that worked the best. I’m really pleased with how they turned out. I give my grandkids an ornament or 2 every Christmas, so some day when they have their own home, they’ll have a nice collection to start with. By the way your instructions were the best of several that I watched. Thanks.
I just came up on your video. First time I watch it I love your ideas for Christmas ornaments out of buttons. I’m going to do this craft with my grandkids. Thank you for sharing this with us.
I’m making button ornaments for the first time after being inspired by your channel & others. So I have a few questions. 1. Can you tell me how you got the stars to adhere to the top of the tree? 2. What gauge of wire did you use? The one I’m using doesn’t seem as firm as yours. 3. Also (I’ve only made 2 so far) but yours looks so tight, there isn’t any movement between the buttons. How did you achieve that? Thanks so much. I think these are the cutest ornaments I’ve seen!!
Every time I watch one of your videos, I load up my Amazon cart with all the supplies! Everything is so cute, and I love the different assembly options!!! ❤🎄
Do you know if the angel buttons will stack and stay with tacky glue? I teach senior citizens crafts and I can’t let them use hot glue and I know there eye sight isn’t the best to tread them. These are so cute! ❤❤❤❤
Wow! Toni I love watching these little ornaments come together! How much fun I will have making these with Emma and Joseph! I have all of these supplies in my crafting supplies from my crafting supplies! Those mini Pom poms on the snowman’s scarf are simply adorable! He is my favorite! Of course, somehow I will have to find a way to give him a carrot nose! Any ideas? Tami will love this little snowman. I will make it for her. I have some tiny poinsettias that will look beautiful on these ornaments. I bought them at Michael’s years ago. Thanks for an awesome video! You never, ever cease to amaze me! Can’t wait to get started!😘🎄☃️⛄️
Adorable! Thank you for sharing. May I ask two questions: Do you have a reason for using string over wire for the snowman? Do you have a reason for the preference of using L, S, then medium buttons over L, M, S on your wreath? I have learned that many crafters do indeed have reasons and changes make the craft unstable or not as cute as the original. Again, thanks for sharing your talents! Happy Holidays!
No reason for using string vs wire other than to demonstrate two different techniques to make the same item. I think it makes the wreath more stable to have the first layer the larger buttons and then add smaller buttons on top. Hope this is helpful
Finally cute ornaments to make with all the buttons I have. About 5 years ago I bought a big bag of buttons on eBay when I only needed a few. LOL.
That is awesome!
very cute my grandmother collected buttons years ago
Awww thank you for sharing and I will definitely try these

Wonderful! Have fun!
I love these ornaments and have made them for both my daughters as part of an advent ornament box.

Thank you! 😊
Great video. You gave me some great ideas. Thank you so much. I have an button box that was my mother's and I am going to pull it out and see what I can put together this next weekend.
Very cute ideas. Good way to use up buttons too. The only thing is the loop to hang ornament on a tree limb looks a bit small.
Thanks for the tip!
You could always attach a wire ornament hanger to the loop to hang.
So cute! The tree is my favorite. Might do these with older women's group if I can round up enough buttons.
How lovely! What a wonderful time you will all have!
These are so precious. I subscribed!! Thank you for sharing your talents

Teşekkür ederim 🤗🙏👍🌺👏🥰
Do you know if the angel buttons will stack and stay with tacky glue? I teach senior citizens crafts and I can’t let them use hot glue and I know there eye sight isn’t the best to tread them. These are so cute! ❤❤❤❤
I’m sure it would stay. It just might take time to dry in between stacking the buttons. Maybe try a quick dry tacky glue?
Thank you
Thank you for this video!!! I will be making these!! 🤶🎅💖⛄🎄🦌❤️❤️🎁❄️
You are so welcome!
love these
Those are so cute
Love this idea, so fun and cute, do you have the link for the little stars for the tree?
