It seems like these hotels/motels could update these rooms a bit more often than they do. As busy as Gatlinburg/Pigeon forge has been over the last few decades, an update would appear to be affordable to the hotel owners. I guess it's not an issue for most of the guests, so they do nothing. LOL My biggest pet peeve is the coffee maker, condiments and ice bucket next to the toilet. That is the grossest thought. Sorry, just venting on that one! Great video as always. Thank you❤

we always stay here have since my grandaughters were 3 and 5 we havestayed in regular rooms kitchen etts and handy cape rooms only once had major problem something they couldnt help a small elevator fire took care of right away staff always helpful have friends who stay here all ways they remember their repeat visitors if there is a need just have let know take care of it right away

For the price it’s not bad. I used to stay there many years ago when it was new. Loved it! Would be nice if they could do some remodeling, but I know that comes with a cost and it would have to be transferred in their rates.
We enjoyed it. We think maybe a table replacement when it’s real bad maybe not a full on remodel just a little at a time would be better or more cost friendly. Thanks so much for watching we appreciate you
We always check the beds first thing before we bring our things in. Even the nicest places can get bedbugs. Sure don’t want to take them home ! Love all the videos ! Keep up the great work !!

My family stayed there for years, and then me and my wife stayed there on our honeymoon because we were broke as a joke and it wasn’t great. So we went a long time staying elsewhere. Me and a buddy stayed there last year for spring break because it was dirt cheap, but we weren’t hardly in the room lol. It’s close to a lot though! We walked to the island and to downtown flavor Town from there

I have been binge watching your videos for the past 4 days as I’ve been stuck in bed with a nasty sinus infection. I absolutely love your videos, especially the hotel reviews. I love the Pigeon Forge and Gaitlinburg area, but have only ever stayed at 2 hotels, The Edgewater (awesome video BTW) and Country Cascades in PF. I’d love to suggest Country Cascades if you guys haven’t stayed there yet. I’ve had 2 good experiences there and I think you guys would love the pool area! Keep up the great work 😊

Me and my mom stayed at park grove inn a few weeks back for the first time it was a nice cheap hotel we really enjoyed the hotel.

Whenever we stay in pigeon Forge the Park Grove is where I have been staying for years they actually know me there. Absolutely love that place! However in Gatlinburg it’s always going to be Riverhouse no question. I have never stayed in a cleaner facility than Riverhouse. Yes the views at the Park Grove are awesome we love it! So glad you did this review I have recommended the Park Grove many times.

@@SmokyMountainFamily If you do please let us know how you sleep! We love Twin Mountain so much but they have the worst mattresses this side of the sun. So we stopped staying there. We kept giving them chances thinking they would update but they waited us out! Ha! But the motel is the best! If you didn't have to sleep at night! Ha!
Heat lamps are AMAZING. So few hotels have that anymore. Fire time-lapse bro. The price was awesome!

how is the wifi here? thank you for these reviews they help so much! we need to narrow down super affordable but CLEAN and closer to old mill/island area as possible, I am not picky about frills. But it does have to be clean
If I remember correctly, the wifi isn't too bad, especially for an older hotel. I would check out @smokiesplus for that info. Great resource.

You should stay at river side towers the cost of the room has went up since they remodeled the rooms it is a nice clean hotel but they really don’t have much to do at the hotel they have a indoor pool that’s about it.

I will be in pigeon Forge this Saturday for a few days. I have a cabin rented good when you book a motel room do you do it online or do you just go directly to the motel and ask for a room?
Usually we look them up online but then call to make the reservation. Not really any advantage to it, just like talking to a real person at the front desk. Thanks as always.
