I was fortunate to be at Anfield that night with my dad and it still lives with me, not bad for a 0-0 game. I don't remember much about the football played as such, but, I do remember the Kop singing "Champions, Champions" to the Leeds players after the final whistle the over and over again. Amazing respect for a great achievement by an away team. What a shame that respect for great achievements has gone. 💙💛❤️ MOT

When football was football and not a business! Loads of respect for the Liverpool fans. What a club!!!

A wonderful night. We queued for hours to get in at the Anfield Road end, which was full of about 10,000 Leeds fans. It was so nerve racking as the second half drew to a close. At the final whistle I burst into tears. I was only 19 after all!

Leeds should have won much more like Liverpool but, yes that but, they didn't. The teams that did want big honours during late 60s till 1975 would have to beat Leeds, hence Leeds either were runner's up or lost in the semis other than the few they did win. Yet seeing that team play was honours enough for me.

Went with two colleagues and ten students from Primrose Hill High School LS9. Got into the kop just before they closed the gates. Told the lads to meet at our crush barrier at the end. We met, one missing, he had fainted and got taken by St J to first aid room below the stand.....so we all went to collect him. Back to Leeds in the minibus but a bit later than expected. Unforgetable.!!!!!
