Thanks for the feedback! We will work on it. In the meantime you can do one of the following:
1. Don't read any topics midway. Try to see my previous lectures first as they are interconnected.
2. Kindly share which part you couldn't understand in the comment section.
3. Don't forget to revise the notes.
4. General Pathology is all about connecting the dots. Most things will be in between the lines. Be persistent in reading. Only after you read Robbins 3 to 4 times that you will start to enjoy it.

Means Oxygen is reaching the lungs but there is less blood to carry it
Non perfused but well ventillated
