Noted on the plastic inner packaging. Obviously we do it to protect the contents during shipping. We are looking to replace the inner packing layers with materials that will bio-degrade quickly. Thanks for pointing this out.
Can you guys make some videos outside the water? I would love to have it for my everyday use/ rain/snow etc. but I would love to see how well the stabilisation works for video etc. Can't find any youtube videos yet.
I had the Sea Dragon 5000 lights. I sold the setup after my first trip with them. I would get underwater at times, and the lights would not work. At times they would not charge. I was told the contacts have to be cleaned with alcohol. It was my first set up, so I am not sure if other lights have the same problem. I am looking for a new setup now. I want to keep things compact. Thinking about the TG5 with Solo 3800. Not sure if that is the best option. Thanks for the video
I am from Colombia and I am very interested in taking photos underwater. I would like to know how much the camera costs with its accessories and if you can send it to my country, thanks
Thanks for the review! Is it very slow to record RAW photos? Do you think that the speed of recording files can be improved by the firmware? Updating the camera will not make it faster? And if you use a very fast memory card? In advance I am grateful for the answer!
I'm really interested in the little piece you put the lens into when it wasn't on the camera. Did the tray come with that or is that an attachment you bought?
It would be much more informative if you just put a video taken with this camera into your video and give a link to full size still images. How can we tell anything about image quality if you cropped and compressed it to fit a video format of youtube? On YT you can merely assess the quality of the movie not the picture.

How long is the interval when shooting at ONLY RAW
Hi Gideon, I dont understand your question. - what intervall you mean? It splits the footage into 30 min segments by itself - is that what you mean?
When you shoot a picture using only RAW, how many seconds before you can shoot another picture again?
Ah - ok. I dont know - did not check - but I would say VERY short as I did not notice any delay.
Just got a reply from Sealife... they say it's 5 seconds when shooting RAW... I do hope they release a firmware to fix this issue...

i think he carefully chose the shittiest circumstances to shoot to subliminally make us hate the camera .... you couldn’t find a nosier area!!
terrible choice in music, dude!
