Wow, I've never seen anybody make sausage like this Especially with venison. There's enough there to feed a hungry army of lions. I hope all is well on the homestead, My brother Dan.
Thank ya for watching Mrs Babette, yes mam that sausage turned out really good!! No mam, we don't smoke our sausage, we prefer to leave it in that skin and throw it on the BBQ pit!! Dan
Good morning Mr. Dan from your neighbor in Rankin County, and thanks for such another great video! My wife makes her own sausages, mostly longganisa from the Philippines, using her Kitchenaide attachments. She was impressed with your grinder and sausage maker and wanted me to ask you what brands are they? They did an absolute fantastic job and in a fast timely manner. Thanks for all my friend and hopefully we'll get some rain!
Thank ya for watching and commenting brother!! Awesome, I bet that sausage is delicious and yes sir, that kitchen aid will certainly do the job. My grinder is a Westin 3/4 horse commercial grade grinder, caught it on sale MANY years ago lol and the stuffer is a HAAKA Brother 7 pound vertical stuffer. In hindsight if I had to do it again, I'd purchase the bigger capacity stuffer from HAAKA!! I preciate ya stopping by the channel and yes sir we shonuff need some rain!! Have a great weekend!! Dan
@@HomeInTheSticks Thanks so much for the info! I located those on Amazon and will get those. They certainly did a great job and we enjoyed watching those in action. We both enjoy all your endeavors and often pick up a lot of info. Let me know if you ever make it down to the Florence area!
Thank ya for watching and commenting sir, welcome to our community and the channel!! Yes sir, I ground up 25 pounds of Boston butt, they were loaded with fat, kept that sausage full of moisture!! I preciate ya stopping by the channel, have a great rest of the week!! Dan
