Cheers Neil appreciated, looks like you enjoy getting out on the dirt scooter 😀I am hoping to get a entry for the Welsh 2 day this year and film the ride... all the best mate
I enjoyed watching the video of the great bike tour with your wonderful people. As a BMW R1250RT rider, it was nice to see the scenery of England and Ireland from Korea on the other side of the world. I liked and subscribed to your video. Thank you.
Thank you for taking a look much appreciated, I would love to see your country on the my GS I understand you have some beautiful scenery... rise safe my friend...
Probably the reason you didn’t get any thanks from the pony and trap drivers is the fact you shouldn’t have been on the road. A large sign at Kates Cottage informed that the road should only be used for local access, traps and contractors. I’m not having a go at you Andy because your a biker, I ride an Africa Twin just giving a possible reason. Loved the video by the way.
Says primarily restricted to walkers etc. I have seen cars and bike there a lot. I always get a smile from the guys with horses having risen this many many times.
@@MrWibbleman I live there. No bikes allowed. Sometimes a few can be seen - they probably are unaware of the restrictions..... but no way do you see then "a lot".
@@helenaville5939 only been there 10 times or so and each time met no local cars and some motorbikes. Again primary use says the sign no sign saying motorbikes not allowed.
@@helenaville5939I’ve often driven that road but I leave it until near dusk and come from the Black Valley side. The horses are finished and you have the place to yourself.
Next go to Donegal, Slieve League - Wild Atlantic way up to Glenveigh National Park, up the coast to NI Mussenden Temple, Dunlec castle, Giants causeway. Dont forget Sally Gap Wicklow glendalough stunning 💚
Love the video footage. Will be visiting Ireland next year, but I understand the Garmin satnavs don't take the new Irish postcodes. Did you have any issues?
Hi thanks for watching, glad you enjoyed it, we use the Garmin Zumo XT sat nav and all the routes are pre planned on the MRA route planner so we never need to put post codes in so unfortunately I cannot help with your question sorry… all the best
Hi Great video. Would you be kind enough to let me know what road you are on around the 15 minute mark and then the route through the mountains, it looks like a gorge. Cheers and ride safe.
Pony and trap men are a bit pissed when traffic use that wee road because they want it all to themselves the sign is there to deter you from using it but I actually think nobody can stop you from using it because its a public road.ive used it many a time and like yourselves had respect for the trap men even though they may not have smile.Probably best to use it before 9 or 10 in the morning.Inch beach is absolutely beautiful.
Hi thanks for taking a look 👍 we tried to stay out of there way but it’s big enough for us all… fab place we are going back soon 😃all the best ride safe
Looked fab hope you have a ball on your visit ! as myself and the hubby are thinking of taking the ferry from Ireland to Uk where would you recommend for areas to visit with great scenery and long twisty roads ..
Guys, you need to stop thinking only of bikers and also think of other road users. The jarveys (whom you call pony and trap men) are pissed with you because the horses can easily get spooked by motorbike noise. There were some serious incidents in the past and this resulted in the banning of motorbikes along the jarvey routes. It has nothing to do with them wanting the road to themselves. When horses bolt for whatever reason it can be a dangerous situation for both the jarveys and their passengers. Please be considerate.
@helenaville5939 I am totally considerate and have gone up there at a snails pace and stopped and even switched off bike as the pony and trap was coming and I totally understand some assholes don't give a damn and sadly they are in every walk of life.i understand where your coming from.
Hi thanks for watching, they take mainly American and Chinese tourists for buggy rides I have been told, I agree the county side is beautiful we will be going back 👍🏻 all the best
They are called jarveys and are a very important part of the local culture. The reason they were "cool" with him is because bikes are not allowed in that particular area..... mainly because they frighten the horses and can cause them to bolt which is quite dangerous for both the jarveys and their passengers.
You need to come to NI. and ride the A2 cost road, you wont get miserable old men in pony and traps !! lol , come ride the best coast road in the British Isles !!
Looks fab, hope ye all enjoyed Ireland 🇮🇪😎
We loved Ireland thank you we will be going back soon .. all the best
ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT
Andy, what a lovely video, we really enjoyed it. A great adventure and always better with drone footage 😀

@MillieonaVespa Highlands in Scotland, Wales or the Lake District.,,,,Highlands in Scotland would be my definite choice.
