Spoilers of the Plains (1951) ROY ROGERS Penny Edwards

Roy runs a pipline near the spot where a professor and his daughter are experimenting with long-range weather forecasting by using rockets. However, a group of crooks has their eye on the rockets for another purpose. Roy comes to the rescue and ends up battling it out on an oil derrick.
