I trust anyone who has a channel logo that smooth. =)
In all seriousness, a credible review on this is something I was looking for. Thanks for sharing!
Hey tech, when shooting modern 1911, the thumb safety at the back is meant for you to put your thumb on the rest as you shoot. So don't slip your thumb under it, get a nice high grip and put your thumb on top of it. Trust me!
Also it's cool to see ICS entering this market, their kort actually has a lot of parts compatibility with the HiCapa, but has some steel internals! Saving me some money while building customs would rock, so I might use this as a base to build customs for customers in the future depending how well is meshes with Gunsmith Bros/Airsoft Masterpiece slides, bbu, and her sets.
.30 should be fine for the rhop when you go, but you might want to put a fee hundred more BB's though it before playing!
No it is not. It is a technique, not a feature.
@@qrw460bhv6 ... no, it is a feature, it is in the manual of arms for all thumb rest style safeties. The absolute intended way to shoot a 1911/2011 with a thumb rest is to ride the safety, that is why it is called a thumb rest style safety.
@@ValaskaErgonomic You better tell Browning and the US Army, Marines, Navy and Airforce about this.
Good review. Nice gun! Glad to hear it is TM part compatible too 😃.
That's actually really nice... I run a jag arms hicapa but I might be keeping an eye out for this.
Two criticisms, I know personally I was really interested in seeing the trigger break/reset and more on the hop up since it seems like it’s different from the standard TM design and just hearing about it is hard to get a mental picture of.
From the shooting portion, the trigger break/reset seemed really long, but I can’t tell if that was from the video/angle or if it was actually long.
Because they included the option for pulling length adjustment....which isn't enough if you are into competition shooting.
With a 1911/2011 style handgun you should ride the safety with your thumb so you don't bump it on, shutting the gun down
I hope they will be available soon. Who needs a tokyo marui hicapa now when you have all those upgraded parts. I believe this is the hicapa to get now! You can see in the video to that the lower has full rails just like the airsoft Masterpiece advance frame!
still waiting for a two tone unit to be available.. maybe a bit of red.. and gold
Have you tried putting any airsoft masterpiece aluminum slide on the lower? That’s mostly what I’m interested in using the lower to build a custom pistol
Yes you can put on a after markt slide it's fully tm spec. If this hits the market no one will ever buy a tokyo marui hicapa. You just get more Quality parts with this one than tm with all those steel parts and the full rails on the lower frame. This one will be the New standard for building custom hi capa's!
@@timdewilde2941 yes but how is the fitment compared to putting it on a tm or airsoft masterpiece frame? I’m thinking about getting it for the lower full frame
Is the lower frame the same as an advanced frame?
looks like it
I like it!
Can you Power Stroke the Challenger? 🤔🙂
So pretty much a standard payed review that gives no information and just preys on gullible customers. I pitty those who fall for this...
Care to share why? Do you have experience with this pistol? I mean some info would be good to support your thoughts ya know? Otherwise your comment is the same as your problem with the review minus being paid to make it...then again you never know maybe you were.
