Korone has my fav English, but in terms of best, I think Lui is actually easier to understand than Haachama. Haach has a better grasp on the language, but her voice makes it really hard to understand sometimes. Lui, on the other hand, speaks fairly clearly for someone still learning, and I rarely have issues understanding the point she’s trying to make.

I think Korone has pretty strong english. Her grammar isn't the best but her pronunciation is really on point, and she can speak it with a confidence you don't see from most of the other JP members.
