How do you like the sense carafe? I'm going to put an order in for a negotiator and some papers and have been debating the carafe too. Can't decide if its something that just looks beautiful but doesnt work that well in practice.
The sense carafe is great, its beautiful and integrates perfectly with all the orea brewers such as the V2 and V3. If its not in your budget or you already have plenty of other carafes you might not need it but if you want the whole Sense collection it's a nice addition.

What grind setting did you use on your Fellow Ode?

It was water, it reduces static when grinding the coffee. It is called RDT or the Ross Droplet Technique.

Slowly learning about coffee. Why / What did you spray the coffee beans? What dose this do?
It's to prevent static when grinding, the coffee won't stick to the walls
