Your going to have a great future on you tube. Your videos are very informative and you have a great teaching method. I would recommend you to everyone who wants to carve.
Van you are a plethora of wood carving info. Can you recommend any good books for beginners? I think my wood carving problem is that I am working on too small of a project. It seems that maybe working on a bigger piece would be better, what are your thoughts Van. Thank you for sharing, I just love your videos. Thank You
Thank you! Mike Shipley has several good books for beginners. Fox Chaple had some good resources on their website. I do think working with something a little bigger does help when getting started.

Thank you for the kind words!
Great, clear explanation. Thank you.
Could you do a video on doing a cutout that requires side and front profile cut out?
Good teaching/explaining, great format. Good camera angles. Excellent in short! (Like all the other vids)
👍👍👍👍🍺😎
Great video again. I have cut out some patterns. Looking forward to more of your institutions
Van, you can drop off the finished product at grandmas. 😁
