118: YouTube Vanlife "cliques" - us and them

This is an older video from 2019 that I uploaded "unlisted" - it was originally only viewable on my website.
I've decided to publish it, but it's appearing in people's feeds as new content.

I've been through some of my old unlisted videos that I originally only posted on my website or in a separate playlist on my channel. I've published them but turned off notifications... Seems they're still popping up in some people's feeds as new vids.
The publish date will be today, but those date back to 2019, 2020 & 2021 - The description will contain the original year it was uploaded.
Oops.
Still, for any new subscribers, it might be interesting to watch this older content as it hints at future content here on the channel.

I'm afraid it's got to do with the times we live in. " them-us".... There's a lot of unrest in the world today and some people who are afraid tend to seek the offensive when so. That in combination with all the possibilities of social media becomes a toxic mixture....

I feel so sorry that you get people at these things who do not like you. I cannot understand why they would want to go to something like that just to be nasty. Mean people are usually very ugly inside and they often have had bad things happen to them in the past which makes them like that. Keep spreading the joy Mevi, enjoy your private times when you want them, rise above the meanie moaners with your head high and don’t let anyone drag you down. 😊

This is one of the old videos that accidentally appeared as "new". This one is from late 2019, I think. Nowadays, things are so much better. I think maybe people got all that toxicity out of their system in 2020. 🤭

Well said Mevi. I was at the Boondockers Bash and I know it wasn't your choice to be all sat together. I was also at the Bug Out Weekend and we all had a great time around the campfire.... bloody cold wasn't it! (the bloke in the van next to me had the noisiest diesel heater...lol 😂😂) Anyway just to say I was made to feel very welcome. Hope you are keeping well. Cheers 👍😁
