Outstanding video and downtown scenery and info.. really glad you finally got to that city and gave your thoughts on it and your options, also your thoughts on Evansville versus Lafayette etc. , If i may ask “ who do you think has the better looking downtown of the cities of Evansville, Fort Wayne, South Bend also Bloomington versus Lafayette , being that Bloomington and Lafayette are about the same size… Also looking for a Gary , Hammond East Chicago, Whiting video and your opinion of those cities and their downtowns , keep up the good work and have a great one always..👍💪🏻👌
@@andrewslife1979 The Lloyd Expressway has "chopped" up Evansville to a degree that Sycamore would eventually turn into N. Main and continues with a somewhat business district (a neighborhood called Jacobsville) and ends at beautiful Garvin Park. Jacobsville neighborhood is where the working class lived - but now, it has a rather seedy reputation because it IS part of downtown and has many shotgun style homes.

Hey folks! It looks like where my mother and sister are living in Maneiro. Houses are so expensive. And less sugar, please.💟

How Is out on Governor street? The apartments called City Point Apt?? And is that area safe?
Pretty rough down on Governor them apartments replaced the old Lincoln projects which were also really bad
Thank you for this! I'm curious what time of day did you record this? There's no traffic!
On a Saturday in the morning

Hi do you live in Evansville?
Be careful, don't step on the homeless they hate that
No good food here if someone move here I hope they can cook.🥧🍜
Too true sadly

Facts
Actually, if you grew up in Evansville during the 50's and 60's the "downtown" area was called uptown, and the far west side was called downtown.
Thanks for the information
I take it you mean Franklin Street area where the Westside Nut Club hold their festivals.
What a depressing ghost town.
You don't see nobody out and about because I recorded this video on the weekend
@@andrewslife1979 Ironic because the weekend is when people go out and enjoy their city. Not much to enjoy here I'm afraid.
@@peterjv8748 I would have to agree
