( single story, 8 perch) To the builder: don’t eliminate important things in your design such as a conventional oven to reduce the budget. People living in a house needs an oven. Also the special cantilevered window design box around the window is a safety hazard. Somebody walking around the house can easily bang their head! Not good! Don’t market artwork that has not done by famous artist. Everybody has a different taste. There is a very little chance that people who move in will keep it. Suggestion to luxury lanka, try to add a small clip getting to the house from a main road. That gives lot of people who live abroad an idea on the location instead of verbally stating how far it’s from a main road. Vishal marketing is the key! Present every detail as possible.
