249 credits = Fail
Either pass that particular difficult subject or choose an easier subject to pass.

Your can transfer upto 40% if your credit but you will not get better results you can reduce semisters or subjects

You need to first confirm from your College about which subjects will have Credits Eligibility.
Then you can select that course in NPTEL.
