@@shivabhatnagar172 I would start to build a portfolio for yourself by analyzing different cricket matches, do some projects. Unless you take initiative and showcase your interests, companies do not hire.

Yes! Women sports leagues have only now beginning, there are opportunities if you have the right skillset. Becoming a sports manager is not an easy path. It's better to start working with sports academies and slowly grow from there. This should be your secondary, moonlighting career for some time before you transition.
