Julie Andrews has been in so many of my favourite movies. Sound of Music, Marry Poppins, The Princess Diaries! She is truly an amazing woman, and actress. I love her so much.
I would say that the heaviest burden a man can carry is guilt, not "the secrets of their own soul". I'd say the measure of a man is by the good he does to those who have little to offer him in return. I agree with the cat's answer that the smartest brain part is "the part that understands how little it knows". Plato said the same thing. I'd say "admit their own folly and seek repentance", not "to tell the truth"- though if it were to add "consistently" it would be a great answer too. I can't come up with a better answer than the cat's about the lowest point on earth, I'll give "the point at which a man finds themselves all alone" to them I'd say the strongest thing on earth is the realization that 'self' extends beyond one's own borders, but patience is a pretty good answer too. I appreciate the sentiment of this cartoon, but I feel its emotional/spiritual answers could have been better.
Like the title, the cat literally just looked at the king. No magic there. He was just looking at his reflection through her eyes and realized who he truly was and what he had been doing.
I love that they're trying to take something from the books, but they should've at least done it in costume and with the original actors. And with the same riddles.
How I love cats, much better than dogs. I also cherish some wild cats and some dogs like dobermans german shepherds rottweilers and huskies. Cats are one of the best animal protagonists.
Love the concept, but surely they could've cast British kids or at least kids who could do a half convincing British accent. They sound so muddled and it throws the atmosphere
It just goes to show you never f*¢# with a feline! Also, 5:43 “What’s the hardest thing a person can do?” That right there is a very, very good question. Makes one think.
I disagree with some of the philosophy about being alone as a low point, cause the people in New Delhi are living on top of each other scrambling for meals.
Mary Poppins has been to be dedicated to the talented picture drawing artists and their artwork.

Don’t forget The Shrek sequels, Despicable Me, & Tooth Fairy
it's that softness with which she plays mary. it's impossible to capture
hahaha when the little girl was begging to go into the chalk picture I was expecting her to say, "please please please may we go Mary Poppins" hahaha.

Julie Andrews is so classy.
Farewell, David Ogden Stiers.
David Ogden Stiers should have been the new voice of Captain Hook in Return to Never Land and all that stuff!
She's such a pretty cat...
7:32 Does anyone agree the Queen looks exactly like Ariel from The Little Mermaid when she was wearing the pink dress?
Yes. One of the many easter eggs made by Disney.
Cool.
I agree too
👍
9:02 Be nice to cats....
Wow they still have the set!
The 'real' mary poppins returns
Heh...so many references to the original film.
PL Travers' reaction: WTF
Besides for the lack of costumes, she'd probably be pleased to have something resemble the book.
Like the title, the cat literally just looked at the king. No magic there. He was just looking at his reflection through her eyes and realized who he truly was and what he had been doing.
Just adorable
Those are riddles, not the kind of questions the king had in mind when he agreed on the bet.
Tim Hansen !
A gullible one
6:59 I thought it was faith that can move mountains...

Does anyone believe that Julie Andrews is playing the modern Mary Poppins in this short?
I believe you. That’s because she played Mary Poppins, my hero.💙
How I love cats, much better than dogs. I also cherish some wild cats and some dogs like dobermans german shepherds rottweilers and huskies. Cats are one of the best animal protagonists.
Amen to that! Cats rule!
Love the concept, but surely they could've cast British kids or at least kids who could do a half convincing British accent. They sound so muddled and it throws the atmosphere
6:45 She was like oh God
David Ogden Stiers will always be Governor Ratcliffe and Cogsworth to me 😊😊
If P L Travers saw this, she be enraged.
Let's be honest, it wouldn't have taken much to enrage her.
Shadrak Wilde 😂😂😂
In other words, she would be rolling in her grave.
epicrapfan73 I don’t think so
She will never know
Disney they should make that more
i literally have the book next to me
Good
that was awesome :)

Ok, I see that one of the dislikes comes from P. L. Travers (Kappa), but where do the other 4 come from?
Is it me or did this movie short of foreshadowed marry poppies returns, Well short a in little ways.
❤️
lol Ariel dress
Cool
In reality they just saw a someone from r/iamverysmart arguing with albert einstein
I disagree with some of the philosophy about being alone as a low point, cause the people in New Delhi are living on top of each other scrambling for meals.
Made by The answer studio Co Ltd.
7:36 totally ripped off of Little Mermaid! But I love this!
TheMaidHatter it that was the case I don't see the problem cause after all this is a Disney production too.
I do have one question,if Julie Andrews is played Mary Popins in this short how come she doesn't look like the character she played in the movie?
Well, some time passed since the movie was shot, I am really glad they kept the set for so long
Colleen Goff same, years pass by and people's features change or age.
Mary Poppins keeps up with the times
Firstly, she was many years younger and secondly she wore a wig, this is closer to the hair colour she naturally has.
1:58
julie andrews play mary poppins how can she be that bad?
😉
What the hell is this animation? Mary Poppins deserves much better.
Что это было?.....
Not too bad, though I prefer the original.
I stopped watching when I saw the king
Terrible, terrible accents
