- On the 3rd of June 2019, Detectives arrested Salim Mehajer for breaching his bail conditions. Salim Mehajer is known formally as the former deputy mayor of a Sydney suburb, property developer and criminal. Detectives let Mehajer see that he is under arrest and is now in their custody for the time being. Mehajer had to dress up before going outside with officers back to Burwood police station to be charged. He took more than 10 minutes to leave his Lidcombe home moisturising and to put on cologne.
The bail conditions were set after he left Cooma Corrections Centre, and he was not to contact a specific individual. He was sentenced to Cooma Jail months before this bodycam footage for election fraud. The footage comes from a review of bail conditions hearing where Mr Mehajer requested access to a mobile phone. This request was rejected. (2019)
Salim Mehajer at this time, is still in prison awaiting trial set on the 27th of March 2023 for a domestic violence charge against his former partner Melissa Tysoe.

He was informed he was under arrest and he was compliant. They don't need cuff someone unless they consider the person might pose a threat to themselves or others.

Attitude and past history with the police can go a long way to how they treat an individual in the future.
I had a ton of baseless accusations made about me a few years ago and spent a lot of time in the company of the police. Never cuffed, never treated badly, allowed time to dress and do as i needed.
That all stemmed from behaving appropriately.
I am not a milionaire but its not money that makes the difference with law enforcement. Court is a different matter 😂

His own building company. One of his other charges, appointing his own company to do council work. He owes so many people money which is what he was referring to with the cop saying things happened her and you didn't do anything. He didn't pay many of his contractors and one came to his house demanding to get paid. He really has no idea what life is about, lives a fairy tale.

Notice how the person who breached bail uses clothing to further communicate etc. knowing he was being filmed. Notice the colour pairing. They all do the same communications. If a person is a computer then anything they say or do can and will be used in the court of law. Notice the stalling of time etc.
