Since im trying to learn playing cassidi, any tips for how to use high noon quickly, im still struggling using it, should i not need to fully mark my high noon on the enemy?
Depends on so many factors its hard to really give a set way to use the ultimate. One thing you need to note is that the ultimate can be used for kills but also zoning. Just watch how this guy uses the ult at 1:47
So for me personally I use the ult to basically zone off the enemies just like the other commenter wrote, at 1:47 for example you can see that I just use it to zone off them without really killing anyone, high noon is pretty weak unless enemies are low hp enough to instantly lock on deadeye, that's why I usually tell people to use it half way through locking on to someone, so at least you get some damage in, you definitely don't want to use high noon then die because your standing still trying to get a perfect lock on. It's all situational but I'd say to do that, zone off enemies, scare them, pop it if there is like a ulting mercy, or maybe a pharah / echo that's flying out of position, things like that where you can at least secure or come close to getting that one kill, make them weak enough to then hit them with some shots. Hopefully that makes sense and helps!

I only use it to kill shields, if someone is low low hp, or on tanks.
