Vocalist Klaus Meine - 25 may 1948 (74 years in 2022) ! To sing like that in these years, you need a huge talent! The admiration and respect for this group is endless!
Damn! Klaus Meine 74 years old and what you buy is what he delivers on stage. No auto tune, no playback, no excuses or justifications and no BS. God bless you sir! And Matthias Jabs is one of my favorite guitarists, to this day the same competence, skill, versatility and a open smile on stage. One of the things I find amazing about the band is the incredible ability to evolve. Many bands stop in time or completely lose their identity in the desperate quest to maintain their success. Scorpions are definitely a timeless band.

First time my daughter heard me playing Scorpions she said holy shit who is this? She just turned 18 in 2022. She loves them now and wants to see them in concert... They were my first concert in 1983... She's got my taste in music... Proud Dad...🇺🇸🇺🇸

These guys formed the band in 1965! That's nearly 58 years ago! This concert is absolutely amazing! Men in their 70s sounding just as good as they did when they started! One of the greatest rock bands ever no question about it!
To be precise only Rudolf was there at the band's beginning in 1965. Klaus joined "only" four years later. But otherwise you are absolutely right. The band is an incredible anomaly and for me the eigth of the world wonders...😀

I'm 50 and have been a fan of Scorpions a majority of my life. These guys still kick ass they sound better than a lot of these new wanna be rockers.

I saw them in the 80's and they took no prisoners. Just saw this show in Dallas. They don't move much, but wow they absolutely rocked it.

Not sure what 'dang' means, but look at the number of Herman Rarebell tracks on the setlist. It's a decent show, for sure, but a shadow of what you will have seen in 1985.
im jealous that you got to see them in 78. that was their best era by far. they still sound amazing but this setlist isnt for me.

The voice is still the same! Many rockers could no longer do their stuff but Klaus is a true legend and he sings like it was just 30 years ago.
Along with Rob Halford one of the singers who can still deliver her powerful voices till today. They're losing their power, but it's still remarkable

Don’t know if they’re in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame but they damn well should be. Their longevity is truly amazing and they still come out with new music which still rocks.
I posted recently about how crazy it is that they aren't in the rrhof. It's a travesty. Such an important band.

He lost his voice a few years ago. He seems to get better and better as time passes. Compared to how he sounded at the begining of the tour or in 2019 he sounds super good. He sounds like he used to in 2015 or so. I am very glad:)

This band has an average age in the 70s and they sound the SAME as they did 40 years ago. They've held it together. Klaus still has his voice, he's still on pitch, still has his range, and the band is still tight. I don't know of another "vintage" metal band that is still this good, this far down the road.

I saw these guys for the first time back in 1988, on the Van Halen Monsters of Rock tour in Spokane WA, and then again a few months later when they came back to Spokane. I was 24 then, and I'm now 57, and these guys are still rocking, and Klaus sounds amazing at 74!! Rock on!!!!
I saw them on those 2 tours as well, but in the SF Bay Area. Great shows.

Man, getting Mikkey Dee was such a great move for them -- he tears the ass out of those songs. Possibly the best drummer they've ever had. And Klaus at 74? What else can you say about that guy. He shuffles around a little more than used to but the voice and attitude are still there.

Absolutely fantastic. So professional. You have no idea what this means to me tonight. I remember in the 80s taking a Sony Walkman in my front region and a stereo microphone in my sock to record these shows. How times have changed 😂 Saw them in București this year. Absolutely amazing. Saved my life. Thank you.
That's awesome! I do this because I wished I could recall all the concerts I went to last century. so many amazing shows, phil collins playing drums for robert plants first solo tour, for example... altho there is a video from that tour, thank goodness for that!
