Was it bought online or through direct Eureka forbes? I am worried about the after sales service. Because found lot of google reviews stating there is no response from Eureka forbes. And robo stopped working after 2 months usage. It is trust worthy?

Don’t buy from Eureaka Forbs use and throw Vaccum. My personal experience.
Please avoid eureka forbes guys worst company.
After one month they will cancel your service request.
Happened more than 10 time like this even if it is in warranty.
No one will give you a solution for the problem. Don’t waste your money.
