If I had ever met you and you'd told me this, what I would have wanted to know from you, would have been, so who are you inside? Our genitals don't define who we are, so forgetting what's between your legs, who are you? That's the most important part of you. Working out who you were growing up, must have been so tough, and you seem to have a wonderful mother who has given you the foundation to be happy to just be you, whoever that is! It's helped you to become a beautiful, confident, articulate, empathetic person. The world needs more people like you 💜
He's such a well raised level headed and intelligent guy! Kudos to his parents!
It's evident that this young man was raised well..
This is what Good Parenting looks like... Bravo to his Mother for going to and celebrating his doctor visits... Kudos to his father for being supportive and treating him with Loved and Care.❤️🎉
YAAAASSSSS!!!!!
I think he is so brave to tell his story. Thank you. He didn't have to tell us about his private parts but he did so he could educate everyone. Amazing guy
Honest, sincere, open, clear, unconfused. Mature about what he was dealt in life... Great!
He has excepted himself fully and this was very inspiring to listen to. ( not in the same regard ) To see someone so comfortably speak the truth is beautiful
Yes, he’s accepted his complexities 🙌🏽
You're stunning
*accepted
@@stuff1784 so happy you rectified that lol I came to these replies for this 😂
He as accepted himself you mean.
This is one of the coolest people I've ever seen. The way he talks about things. He's so smart, honest and trill. OG AF. More man than most men.
Totally agree. I could watch this interview again and again. I totally admire him.
More man than most men, so true🙌
We don't choose our bodies, but we have to live with them. Respect to this guy for being so open.
I really appreciate the confidence it took to tell his story in such a candid way. Brilliant interview from a wonderful human being.
If he taught a lesson in mental health then I would be one of the first to sign up. His confidence is inspiring
i agree ..
i love how everyone thinks they know how hes doing mentally, based on superficial judgement
@@yuckyskunk2021 just by sitting in front of a camera and telling the whole World your story, he shows how is handling this. Just doing so you have be very balanced in the brain.
This man seems to have come through an extraordinary childhood that could have been traumatic as a very well adjusted, balanced person. Blessings to his mother!
This is a man who loves who he is and oozes confidence.
The honesty and candor with which he shares his story is invaluable. I knew almost nothing about intersex individuals and now I know I need to read more and learn about their experiences. Thank you for featuring him and I wish him the best on the upcoming surgery and on the journey with his siblings and parents.
What a personality, his presence is epic. Loads of respect for anyone as confident and comfortable in their own body as this guy.
Yes! I can feel his great energy through the screen, what a humble young man.
“i was a beautiful girl, trust me” took me out lol 😂 - he really broke this down well and his confidence is inspiring
The way he embodies his truth gives me chills. He loves and accept himself wholeheartedly. Listening to his story is healing for me.
I was thinking the same. He has an amazing story and sense of self.
He has no choice but to accept it...
What a legend. Speaking so frankly about their experience shows a tonne of personal development. Great to see the confidence there.
His confidence makes him a lot more attractive than the average person. And he’s actually a good looking guy.
Yes thats very true. And wow his eyes 😍
@@Lanadya
I hope they aren't contacts.
I've been trying to put this in words for a hour lol.. I AGREE, TOTALLY.. His swag plus THE WAY he broke down his body and feelings was definitely a eye catcher.
For real hes very good looking.
@@Lanadya wtf? Hes eyes look on drugs
I think this is tremendously important. What an unimaginably confusing childhood.
I'm caught up in him saying, "Trust me I was a beautiful girl." Love this guy
The mum had the best of both worlds, a lovely son & daughter wrapped in one body. Proud, of you for being so open & sharing your story
Crazy that he has felt sex from a girls and boys perspective. Like not many people on earth can say that, more power to him seems like a decent guy
Man got fucked smh

Very lucky
This is one of the most interesting interviews I've ever seen. He gave such a good description of a condition that isn't well known
Just what i thought. No special props sound just him in a chair saying as it is. Brilliant. He had my undivided attention. Television needs to scoop him up quick.
Intersex affects at least 1% of the population, and though that may seem rare , to give it a more relatable perspective... 1% of humanity are born redheads.
@@CharGC123 That's incorrect. Intersex is NOT something that affects 1/100 people. Intersexual traits affect roughly 1/150,000 births. Fully intersex is extremely rare.
@@CharGC123 After studies it is now at 0.018% of people that are intersex.
I really like the way how he explains everything. He doesn't seem nervous at all. Just him explaining how his life has been as an intersex. Amazing video!
Max respect to this guy and Ladbible for making us aware of this. This guy is an inspiration to anyone regardless of their situation.
As a intersex person of color, mad respect to this man. Keep pushing, my guy. ✊🏾
Edit: To shut the commenters up: I'm black and intersex. And I mention it in context of what I just watched. Now sit down.
💖
No one asked if you were black
@@NONO-pq8rj why you so pressed, what’s wrong with you ?
@@NONO-pq8rj chill, liberal. they just relatin’ to another intersex POC lol
@@NONO-pq8rj lmao thats what got you TRIGGERED 😘 the word black just bothers y'all ass 🤣
So great his parents let him decide as an adult. Glad he was so open and explained everything. Praises to him for taking it all in stride.
Yes! I’ve met people whose parents (or the doctor) decided for them…then it’s not accurate. Such an unnecessary violation.
I an advanced world they wouldn‘t have to ever decide.
@@sciencenotstigma9534 Well technically this guys' doctor and parents did decide for them because they assumed he was a girl for the first 18 years of his life.
@@LunaDelTunaprecicelz
@@LunaDelTunaI see your point, but neither the parents nor the doctor made a medical decision for him, such as a gonadectomy or estrogen therapy. A decision of that magnitude was left for him when he was older.
I don't know how I ended up here, but his honesty is refreshing.
Me either !
You have such courage! Talking about your situation is a great help to those of us who have buried the problem so deep and hidden the best part of ourselves to make others comfortable. Thank you for turning on a light in this dark room!
“Trust me I was a beautiful girl” 🤭talk about confidence I need that kind of confidence. With that being said he is handsome & so well-spoken.
I loved when he said that😂😅 because so many times I have told myself I would make a beautiful boy and I would attract both genders
He looks good as a man so I dont doubt it
As an intersex person, this felt so validating to see someone else talk about their experiences. ❤
Same
I’m not intersex but I sure can appreciate how important it is to see people talking openly about this. There are too many people (still) that think gender is completely black and white. It never has been and never will be.
I don't care what plumbing you have. I respect you for what you are inside and out. I want you to be the best you possible. Please, never feel alone.
@@MarkSmayhem dang, that actually made me tear up a little. Thank you.
@@Hunter-vp3he we love u f what people think ur amazing
Love how he just exudes confidence and belief in himself and doesn't hesitate to answer. Also appreciate his honesty, I found his comment about why he chose to be a man to be very telling about our society.
So straightforward and honest, if anyone asks about your sexuality just say intersex, no more it is up to them to be bothered to find out and understand ,you have helped a lot of intersex people putting this out it is appreciated.
“I could do both, trust me, I was a beautiful girl.” ENERGY 😩❤️
Tuhhh I felt that threw the phone lol
For real!
🙌🏾 Yes.
Beautiful boy/man as well.
No. Not energy
He has no problem with romance. He is very attractive. He completely understands himself.
He is so well spoken and has so much empathy for people who were so ignorant to him! The lack of anger in him so admirable, really level headed. If I were in his position I think I’d constantly be raging.
Remember he is a woman too though
@@geoffreyporter530 But remember, he now identifies as a man

I just learned so much. He is so confident and transparent... couldn't give a f@$k what anyone thinks of his story. This is what living in your truth and accepting what is looks like. Truly inspiring.
His sincerity and honesty is his best feature !
Best attitude ever! I feel like I want this level of confidence in my life. What a cool person to be around!
Whaoooo! I loved how honest and blunt he was in this interview! He did not beat around the bush and the producers did not edit and cut around his words.
I love his energy! His mental health, his strength, his honesty & bluntness is everything!
His confidence is off the charts!!! LOVE IT!!!! He seems so emotionally healthy! This could’ve gone such a different way!! Bless him!!🥰🥰🥰
I love how open and comfortable he is! Its hard to find someone so willing to explain to those who might never would have understood!
"I got so much more respect as a man". The tea has been spilled.
That pot of tea spilt ages ago.
@Stoned Ghost ..."than being a girl"
"I got so much [more] respect as a man...than as a girl"
He never said _'more'_ though Sofie..
@Sohie
Your comment is 100% misleading. You literally added a word never said.
He said "I get more respect as a Man than I did as a girl.
This can be 100% taken from his experience just by listening to his story. He lived the first part of his life as a female in which NO ONE saw him as a female and questioned it all the time. An experience no normal looking woman would go through unless she had a genealogical issue or was 7 levels of ugly.
@@nicholasbalser6901 Yes Sohie is missing the point that people in his life looked at him as a man from early on
The best, most educational and wholesome “non-clinical” thing I have seen in a long time
He is articulate and confident. So happy to hear he has accepted himself and want to share his plight for more awareness and understanding. Handsome too.
