You missed one of if not the most profitable method he listed plate body selling he said $800k gp per hour which in my head sounds unheard of in the free to play world
I’ve never actuallly timed and pressure tested it to see if it’s better, but my favorite way to chop yews is in rimmington by the dock to Corsair Cove right by an imp spawn. Then I smack down the imps with my axe to collect beads since their worth 1-3k usually and chop logs in between spawns.
So - I noticed one tidbit of processing that is quite profitable and VERY relaxed on the click intensity is actually cutting chocolate dust. At the time of this post chocolate bars are a meager 29gp each meanwhile the chocolate dust is 45gp each. Such a simple and minimal effort processing to make easy cash, figured I'd share.
Seems like an update is in order. A lot of those methods wildly changed in profitability. Buying death runes doesn't give any profits anymore, Buying flour gives about twice the profit. Buying threads only gives less than half the profit it used to do. And the funniest one : Orange dyes are the best for profits. Because of Goblin Diplomacy, people are literally paying 400 extra gold to avoid mixing yellow and red. Buying yellow and red dyes is not really an option though. Because of the 150 buy limit.
Recently went back on and made 10k with just minging 100 copper and tin beef sells for a high amount. When I started way over 10 years ago, it was a lot more difficult to make money. Especially before the Grand exchange. Was playing old RS beef on the new one is way easier to make money.
Best video I have seen yet! This Is the trouble with osrs, money Is a grind. Some of this can't be right though as I have been buying Needles/Thread and then world hoping non stop for 50 mins now and GE Value Is only 55.6k....So If I bought 100k worth I would still get 410k Ish so 300k profit but that Is not In 1 hour? Would take all day so then per hour It Is not as good as It sounds.
amazing video! Id like to add a smithing method, making addy pl8 bodies for over 200k exp per hour and 50k-70kgp an hour and if u alch them its over 300kgp an hour literally just got 99 smithing on my alt today doing this method.
I flipped for money at first, then I trained magic to 55 for high alch, then I trained smithing to 99 for amithing rune items, then I trained mining to 85 for mining rune. I don't really use the mining, but I figured it would be a good thing to have, as it is both fast money in its own right, and also readily accessible if I ever get hacked and have to rebuild later.
There was a day that I was able to buy steel and mithril arrowheads from the ardy training camp shop and flip them for massive profit. I would buy the entire stock of Steel Tips as well as 400-500 Mithril Tips, hop worlds and repeat. I don’t remember all of the exact numbers involved, but the first run I invested 300k into the trip and ended up with between 500-600k!
As for the jug one, as of the time of writing, you literally just need to fill the jugs up with water and you make EVEN MORE money. According to the OSRS wiki, jug of water is @ 35 gp ea.
Loved the quality and your editing. Just a small catch I noticed was for the smithing bars section of the video you put “Mining xp per hour” when you meant smithing. Just something I thought you’d like to know :) Great video!
These methods proves that killing monsters is a defeated purpose having a dumb drop table and making no gp. Ankous drop nothing, spiders drop nothing and the gp per hour killing any monster the materials are worth close to nothing. Back in the days many resources where left on the ground and even today trout and salmon are a good example of gp thrown away because banks are too far. Someone might want to prove me wrong but RuneScape is ScrapeScape right now.
Best f2p alt is smithing alt you smelt bars until you’ve made enough for a bond then go on to cannon balls which will maintain your bond then go to blast furnace until 99 then do rune 2hs and sell them in cc or platebodied which you can alch yourself and you’ve got yourself a 500k-1m per hour alt depending on how afk you want it to be.or mine rune with 2 alts one pker to protect you with range and mage along with high strength for potential war hammer k0 and another alt just to carry ores put it at the ideal combat level with defense hp prayer and possibly magic for magic def and a tele keep half inventory of pizzas to tank pkers. Another great option when mining rune is to mine rune while your alt boxes you or you could mine with 1 hp have your second account logged in have it attack you until your 1 hp then when someone kills you your alt just picks up the ores but with all the world hopping it’s a pain in the ass to maintain.

PIZZA BASE CORRECTION at 11:40 Water jug and Pot of Flour makes PIZZA BASE, NO COOKING. If you try to add tomato to PB you require Cooking 35. PB sells at about 230gp currently, but the same POF and JOW makes PASTRY DOUGH and that sells for 280gp+, but usually more than Pizza Base for the same recipe ingredients.

Mining rune in the wildy, takes me 15 mins to get an inventory @ 200k an inventory. Need a high mining level and combat level as lvl 50-70 pkers are everywhere.

I've tried stealing bananas from Wydin, but even with the white apron equiped, wydin just dont let me enter the back of the shop, saying that only employees have access, am I doing something wrong?
Damn I see the Iron Ore method in the mining guild has been brought tp the eyes finally. Ive once seen like 20k ore in stock was crazy lol. I used to buy em out for free smithing xp instead of money making. Pretty solid little secret. Would create iron platebodies with little profit loss.
To the gathers skills is almost imposible to make a good amount per hour. Fishing wc mining smit even in high lvls. The best way is u buy things and sell them to the rs store.
You could’ve had a special mention for smithing rune 2h swords, platelegs or plateskirts in the smithing section. It may require 99 smithing, but because they are used for high alching, they make around 585K gp/h and about 200K smithing exp/h according to the wiki at this moment. But besides that, really liked the video!
Just like to mention that anything method you find on a popular, wellviewed video is going to almost certainly be unviable as others will do it and crash the profit margin in no time at all.
how does this make sense 'You can sell Eyes of newt for 4gp each for 240K/hour, but if you sell them for 5gp/hour you make 480K/hour' how does raising 1gp give you double profits in return?
For fishing tuna, swordfish, and lobsters, wouldn't it be better to fish at the Corsair Cove resource area? You wouldn't have to take a paid boat trip (so no loading screen) and there's a bank nearby in Corsair Cove.
selling arrows is actually closer to 120k/hr from my testing, you need to sell 20 mith and addy arrows per world. you can do this on 2 bots at a time only or they'll start competing with each other. i make about 240k/hr with two accounts. admittedly my script is pretty primitive because i had to write it in a real hurry so it could probably be improved in efficiency to about 250k-260k/hr. and ofc it'll be faster money if done by a human.
One thing that would be helpful is to know where to sell. Are all of these things being sold in the grand exchange? I imagine not, because no one is buying tinder boxes, lol. But they jugs they are? So which do I sell where?
So I'm trying the eye of newt, and it's not working. I had them up for 5gp for over 12 hours, didn't sell one. I've had them up at 4gp, and I think I've sold a total of 8 over the past few hours. If you only sell 2-3 an hour, then you're not making 240kgp/h.

You should make a p2p version of this if you haven't already. This is a very good guide.
Step 1 work half hour irl. Step 2 buy bond. Step 3 sell bond . 8 mil per half hour

Get your cooking XP up like about 45-50, make and cook some pizzas like about 500. Inputs: about 120k outputs: about 235-245k.

I think you’re supposed to make regular leather with the tanning method
depends on the prices of hard vs normal leather at the time you do it. I've seen normal higher, and on other days hard a worth while amount higher.
Would be more believable if you did the full 1hr, not just a few mins then guessed the hourly rate lol. Still a really good vid though thanks

Because it's only 1 gp profit per sale normally, but if you sell it for 5gp then you profit two gp each eye of newt instead of 1.

Just kill guards near the falador tp, they drop x3 grapes which go for 8k each rn. U can make 1m per hour normally.
they dont drop grapes according to wiki
