The gearing seems to be suited for a car with more HP. Porsche should have given the base model at least 300hp in my opinion

Excellent daily car for driving rookies
Watching this, considering the displacement and the rated power, I think it's quite ok for this car. It allows to drive fast enough, keeping the costs low (maintenance, insurance...). Of course if you want the punch and the smoothness of a 6 cyl this isn't for you
I traded my Macan GTS for this exact setup, and then had Porsche install the GIAC tune. Love this car. So much more responsive than the all bark and no bite GTS. Amazing low end torque.
What kind of difference did you notice? Why did you trade in your GTS?

I'd love to see a Alfa Romeo Stelvio or Gulia TI on the Autobahn. My mother has a Stelvio Sport Ti and that's probably the best handling SUV I've driven so far, and it feels like it makes more power that what the Manufacturer is saying.
It feels underpowered with the 2.0 liter, 3.0 liter V6 should be standard on the macan.

@@cmky_01 what are the brakes in practice?if there is a need for ceramic brakes, they are better but I don't want a 3.0 engine just because it's too much for me?
@@ttd4082 brakes are capable of more than 252 hp.Brake feel and temparature are mostly on balance.Definetly go for 3.0 tho

i drove this car....this car is bloody damn slow.....if u wanna get, get the higher end model like the turbo model......i drove this car 2.0 model and try to race with an F10 M5....when i came across in the highway....bloody hell.....the M5 just disappeared like a rocket ship and porsche macan ended up eating M5 smoke....
