Orion is hands down the best in the redpill space.... he's not trying to divide the sexes with his language, nor is he trying to pander to women. Reasonable people like him can actually reduce suffering for both genders.
Sure and to be fair, Rich's approach is much the same. The content is not intended to be anti-women. Rich and Moff go to great lengths to explain that they just trying to help people to "see the code in the matrix", i.e. the fundamental nature of the sexual dynamics between men and women. Rich is not a qualified psychologist, but his content is firmly rooted in established scientific research into evolutionary psychology. I am now addicted to Rich and Moff's Ladies Night, where they get women on and just chat. It is so revealing!

Guys. It is really simple to explain the rage men have. They were lied to. They were told to just “be nice” to women and everything will be great When they see that “being nice” turns women off… they are pissed and confused…
Great interview; I’m a trained therapist and could not agree more. Even the course was 90% female focused and delivered by female lecturers and came entirely from a female perspective. It is little wonder that men are reluctant to seek out therapy when it seems that the advice or responses completely fails to understand the male experience. You are both an invaluable source of information for any men seeking answers in an increasingly complex world
Precisely, i recently graduated college this year and I had all but one male teacher the rest were woman. Furthermore the more I progressed through the major the less and Less men there were. The last class I took I was one of four guys out of 30 students.
57:00 my mother divorced my father late 50s early 60s. My father was a roofer burial hard work in the elements, weekends early mornings hard hard work. In the winter he had a small upholstery business he did in garage, again working out in cold. My mother stayed with me and 2 brothers, now us 3 maniacs was no day at the beach but there was no risk of falling to off roof. Once we were old enough to dress ourselves, she mostly slept until 4pm, watch TV and smoked cigarettes. When that divorce came it was my father out on his ass and mom got the house. For all his sacrifice and pain he was left with nothing from the marriage. Thankfully my grandfather left him some land so he didn't have to start completely over. 35 years of work not even a thank you. Until the day my mother died she just sat in front of that same TV in a house she didn't make one payment on feeling sorry for herself. My dad was not the perfect husband but he never, cheated or lied he raised my half sister, bills were always paid, food in the kitchen, presents under Christmas tree. After watching that play out I don't think I could ever share my finances or life with a woman.
One point that stood out was 1:13:35 about how women get emotionally bored in long term stable relationships, and hence the need for the "manager" to keep providing his "employee" new opportunities to work on new and exciting projects. Great analogy. It is so difficult to make a long term relationships emotionally exciting and stimulating for women.
That's interesting. Because I'm actually worried about boring out my current partner. My prior partners I think were fed up and bored. Fed up about my health issues and from what I was told, "I don't do anything worth talking about". I was in a 11 year relationship. I wanted him to be happy. So I allowed him to make the decision whether to leave or not. He left. My best guess is because he liked being active and with my health issues, I couldn't stimulate him mentally, emotionally or physically. Now I'm dreadfully afraid of repeating the same mistakes with my current partner. I really hope we make it long term. He's been my constant supporter so far so crossing my fingers. Any tips or advice to keep my current man happy?
@@Ladeliciadelinda Boring is a good thing. No guy wants drama, chaos and headaches. Marriage is actually very boring and monotonous which is why so many women file for divorce. Try not to moan and complain too much about your health issues. Try to lean on your friends, family and/or therapist for this. With talking, moaning and complaining, less is more. Give him space and let him ask you about your health when he is not mentally exhausted after a hard day of work. Also, don't boss him around, telling him to do X, Y, and Z because of your health. You are not his mum or boss. Let him take the lead and let him use his initiative / brain.
@@Ladeliciadelinda I’d say open communication and if there are things that are hard to convey, having couples therapy is a good option - even when your relationship is going well. And if you aren’t already, see a therapist by yourself and work on the traumas you obviously struggle with due to past experiences. Blaming yourself for what happened in the past is bad on your mental health and finding the right therapist will be able to offer insight and a different perspective. It seems to me the partners you’ve had are far from blameless themselves. But do yourself the favour of finding a good therapist, it’s an investment in your future. Really, everyone could use a healthy dose of introspection and gain some self awareness.
This was a good one. Orion is who I would lean toward sending my male friends to who scoff at any mention of male oriented intersexual dynamics. Seeing him on the 5 hour whatever podcast was a great showing of his character and personality in a fatigued and vulnerable state. That's also the value I see in hearing the whatever podcast while I go about my evening. You get to see the unsustainable facades some people put up and watch what it breaks down into, as well as to see the perseverance of genuineness. It's conditioning for encountering it in my own life. Entertainment comes in forms.
Hi, I have been listening to your program for roughly 6 plus months on and off. The statement that this guess has just made about men like their space but like to have a women around is so true. We have been married 30 plus years, I am in my mid sixties and my spouse is in his late fifties, we could be doing something totally different while in the same space. We have totally different habits and hobbies. We respect each others spaces. Its been working that way for decades. Just wanted to share my 2 cents. Love your content.
From my experience, to get any business venture running, it is 3X as long and 3X as hard. My first business, the first year I lost money. The second, I broke even and the third, I made the same amount of money I lost my first year. Too many people over estimate what they can do in one year and underestimate what they can do in three years

The gift of your absence. Yes, it is VERY important from time to time to go away, see who cares, who reaches out still, see who calls and asks if you are doing okay, and who doesn't. With women, you need to make them miss you, remember why you are there.

Great interview, really appreciate Dr. Taraban's work. that conversation from 1:05:51 really hits close to home. the kind of things i had to put up with from my ex, just wow. I'm 98% sure she had NPD and is a narcissist. they will drive you insane with mood swings, insane jealousy, gaslighting, rum our spreading, cheating, suicidal thoughts, no empathy or compassion others than for themselves, increasingly unfair demands, lack of respect...i could go on. It’s scary because it starts off so perfect but then the poison slowly starts creeping in. It's always refreshing hearing a professional explain everything i went through. If you ever get flags that point towards NPD or narcissism run for the hills and don't look back. No matter how beautiful she is or how good the sex was or how you "think" she gets you.
@@TGP109 It's not just sex, mate. Cluster B chicks will lovebomb you and wear a tight mask that fades away over time. There might be red flags early on, but if you're inexperienced or carry trauma you might not act accordingly and carry on until you're locked into a relationship.
@@okaySam men nowadays are not really trained by family to know how to find those red flags and vet a girl. By contrast when my grandfather was dating my future grandmother, his dad was so tough in examining grandmother and she found him a burden in those early days. The thing is, if he wasn’t a burden in examining her, great grandfather may have allowed grandfather to find a bad wife or do stupid stuff he’d regret later

Yeah in terms of therapy, men don’t enjoy having to emotionally become vulnerable in front of a therapist, we do find it unpleasant; it’s like asking us to take all of our clothes off and sit naked in front of a stranger. Women find comfort in their vulnerability, which is an alien concept to men

He had my attention right up to the point where he said "Make Women feel....." I myself am unable to make anyone feel an emotion. I spent three years in a Gestalt Psychotherapy training group in weekend intensives he would not last 5 minutes with my Gestalt mentor. My most used interventions is "At the end of the day it is whatever you make of it " and the full intervention is "From the role and position that I am in, in this moment and to the extent that I am aware, it can only ever be what you make of it " and that is a mix of Process Oriented Psychology (Dr Arnold Mindell) and Fritz Pearl's the founder of Gestalt Psychotherapy
You do realize not everyone went through that training. It's just a choice of words. The fact of the matter is you need to make women feel something from you whether you like it or not. I think you have an extreme point of view. Women are going to feel something from you regardless. It's your choice what the is manly from your behavior. Sure you are not in control of another person. But you can sure as he'll influence that.

Date a personality disordered woman and you will never be the same ever again. Doing so was one of the worst experiences of my life, but having survived it relatively unscathed, without a doubt one of the best things that ever happened to me. A priceless education like no other. The capacity for cruelty of these people cannot be overstated. Beware, gentlemen.
I think in a lot of cases - therapy for women is primarily a vehicle to seek and find validation and justification for her awful behavior & choices. IOW- Therapy is their "toxic behavior enabler".
Not sure about that... If the man is the woman's perceived problem then she doesn't want to talk about it she wants your ass to change. If your her perceived problem then she will never be satisfied by talking to you about her problem with you.
I believe everyone has to find their own path to enlightenment or personal liberation because everyone’s particular situation or circumstances are unique to that individual and that they have a personal responsibility to advocate for themselves, if at all possible. Buddha said something similar. I recommend getting as much information concerning this topic from a variety of channels, and then make your own path to salvation. Each channels is different, but generally pick some talking points from each that resonates with you and work from there. UA-cam channels such as The SCG show (some of his videos about walking away, letting go is especially good imo, because a lot of men can’t let go and might shut themself off to the world, not going to work or gaining weight or at the other extreme may find themself getting arrested and in legal trouble), and a video titled ‘13 signs she’s stringing you along’ by skill of attraction can be be particularly helpful if you find yourself in this situation (because time is limited, and pain of being in this situation is real, hence, walking away videos such as from the scg show so you dont waste time or regret). Insightful videos such as Rich’s and Orion’s and to some extent channels like Darius M can also greatly help you in finding your own path and inspire you to reach that good place in your future that you envisioned and want to be at. Insightful videos can give you a better view of the challenges men face in terms of interpersonal relationships between the genders
The problem with ChatGPT for your therapy is that it will whitewash important answers as woke, especially regarding gender dynamics. Therefore, therapy in gender space cannot be outsourced to aligned AI unless you want ineffective/impotent advice.

Give him space and let him ask you about your health when he is not mentally exhausted after a hard day of work. Also, don't boss him around, telling him to do X, Y, and Z because of your health. You are not his mum or boss. Let him take the lead and let him use his initiative / brain.
@@Ladeliciadelinda I’d say open communication and if there are things that are hard to convey, having couples therapy is a good option - even when your relationship is going well. And if you aren’t already, see a therapist by yourself and work on the traumas you obviously struggle with due to past experiences. Blaming yourself for what happened in the past is bad on your mental health and finding the right therapist will be able to offer insight and a different perspective. It seems to me the partners you’ve had are far from blameless themselves. But do yourself the favour of finding a good therapist, it’s an investment in your future. Really, everyone could use a healthy dose of introspection and gain some self awareness.

Seeing him on the 5 hour whatever podcast was a great showing of his character and personality in a fatigued and vulnerable state. That's also the value I see in hearing the whatever podcast while I go about my evening. You get to see the unsustainable facades some people put up and watch what it breaks down into, as well as to see the perseverance of genuineness. It's conditioning for encountering it in my own life. Entertainment comes in forms.

Hi, I have been listening to your program for roughly 6 plus months on and off. The statement that this guess has just made about men like their space but like to have a women around is so true. We have been married 30 plus years, I am in my mid sixties and my spouse is in his late fifties, we could be doing something totally different while in the same space. We have totally different habits and hobbies. We respect each others spaces. Its been working that way for decades. Just wanted to share my 2 cents. Love your content.
From my experience, to get any business venture running, it is 3X as long and 3X as hard. My first business, the first year I lost money. The second, I broke even and the third, I made the same amount of money I lost my first year.
Too many people over estimate what they can do in one year and underestimate what they can do in three years

The gift of your absence. Yes, it is VERY important from time to time to go away, see who cares, who reaches out still, see who calls and asks if you are doing okay, and who doesn't. With women, you need to make them miss you, remember why you are there.

Great interview, really appreciate Dr. Taraban's work. that conversation from 1:05:51 really hits close to home. the kind of things i had to put up with from my ex, just wow. I'm 98% sure she had NPD and is a narcissist. they will drive you insane with mood swings, insane jealousy, gaslighting, rum our spreading, cheating, suicidal thoughts, no empathy or compassion others than for themselves, increasingly unfair demands, lack of respect...i could go on. It’s scary because it starts off so perfect but then the poison slowly starts creeping in. It's always refreshing hearing a professional explain everything i went through. If you ever get flags that point towards NPD or narcissism run for the hills and don't look back. No matter how beautiful she is or how good the sex was or how you "think" she gets you.
So, you chased good sex and then realized that there's more to a relationship when she turned out to be mentally ill.
@@TGP109 It's not just sex, mate. Cluster B chicks will lovebomb you and wear a tight mask that fades away over time. There might be red flags early on, but if you're inexperienced or carry trauma you might not act accordingly and carry on until you're locked into a relationship.
@@okaySam men nowadays are not really trained by family to know how to find those red flags and vet a girl. By contrast when my grandfather was dating my future grandmother, his dad was so tough in examining grandmother and she found him a burden in those early days. The thing is, if he wasn’t a burden in examining her, great grandfather may have allowed grandfather to find a bad wife or do stupid stuff he’d regret later

Yeah in terms of therapy, men don’t enjoy having to emotionally become vulnerable in front of a therapist, we do find it unpleasant; it’s like asking us to take all of our clothes off and sit naked in front of a stranger. Women find comfort in their vulnerability, which is an alien concept to men

He had my attention right up to the point where he said "Make Women feel....." I myself am unable to make anyone feel an emotion. I spent three years in a Gestalt Psychotherapy training group in weekend intensives he would not last 5 minutes with my Gestalt mentor. My most used interventions is "At the end of the day it is whatever you make of it " and the full intervention is "From the role and position that I am in, in this moment and to the extent that I am aware, it can only ever be what you make of it " and that is a mix of Process Oriented Psychology (Dr Arnold Mindell) and Fritz Pearl's the founder of Gestalt Psychotherapy
You do realize not everyone went through that training. It's just a choice of words. The fact of the matter is you need to make women feel something from you whether you like it or not.

One of my girlfriends definitely has a personality disorder and I can see this now... I have to admit they make the most exciting lovers, when you are made to feel like a god!

"the Godfather" but you guys did not slip up a-once. EvoPsych should be taught early on, and not wait until our 50s. Mental point of origin, but also empathy for our fellow humans who happen to be female as their youthful options slip away. Be careful when trying to rescue a drowning swimmer!
Date a personality disordered woman and you will never be the same ever again. Doing so was one of the worst experiences of my life, but having survived it relatively unscathed, without a doubt one of the best things that ever happened to me. A priceless education like no other. The capacity for cruelty of these people cannot be overstated. Beware, gentlemen.

Women love to talk to express and release emotions and to never resolve their issues. Men prefer talking to actually solve their problems.
I think in a lot of cases - therapy for women is primarily a vehicle to seek and find validation and justification for her awful behavior & choices. IOW- Therapy is their "toxic behavior enabler".
Not sure about that... If the man is the woman's perceived problem then she doesn't want to talk about it she wants your ass to change. If your her perceived problem then she will never be satisfied by talking to you about her problem with you.
I believe everyone has to find their own path to enlightenment or personal liberation because everyone’s particular situation or circumstances are unique to that individual and that they have a personal responsibility to advocate for themselves, if at all possible. Buddha said something similar. I recommend getting as much information concerning this topic from a variety of channels, and then make your own path to salvation. Each channels is different, but generally pick some talking points from each that resonates with you and work from there. UA-cam channels such as The SCG show (some of his videos about walking away, letting go is especially good imo, because a lot of men can’t let go and might shut themself off to the world, not going to work or gaining weight or at the other extreme may find themself getting arrested and in legal trouble), and a video titled ‘13 signs she’s stringing you along’ by skill of attraction can be be particularly helpful if you find yourself in this situation (because time is limited, and pain of being in this situation is real, hence, walking away videos such as from the scg show so you dont waste time or regret). Insightful videos such as Rich’s and Orion’s and to some extent channels like Darius M can also greatly help you in finding your own path and inspire you to reach that good place in your future that you envisioned and want to be at. Insightful videos can give you a better view of the challenges men face in terms of interpersonal relationships between the genders
The problem with ChatGPT for your therapy is that it will whitewash important answers as woke, especially regarding gender dynamics. Therefore, therapy in gender space cannot be outsourced to aligned AI unless you want ineffective/impotent advice.
