No Muslim can be Muslim if He Or She does not believe in Jesus Christ. Jesus Christ is one of the mighty messenger of Allah in Islam. We Muslim believe Jesus is the Christ and also believe in his miraculous birth and miracles which he performed with Allah's permission. There is chapter called "Chapter of Mary" (Surah Maryam) in the Holy Qur'an. This is the status of Jesus Christ and his Mother Mary in Islam.
We love Jesus Christ, revere him and follow his teachings and we pray like Jesus Christ.

“قالو سحران تظاهرا" or “قالوا ساحران تظاهرا"

One means the jews believe the Quran and the torah are two works of magic and the other one means the jews believe that prophet Muhammad ﷺ and Musa were two magicians as explained in the video.

You are right about the 2 recitations but in all fairness ,those who accused Musa and Muhammad- sallallahu alayhi wa sallam- to be magicians in this verse are in fact the pagan Arabs and not the jews. The context of the verse makes it clear and that's the opinion of the vast majority of mufassiruun : check tafseer Attabari, tafseer ibnu Katheer. Tafseer Assa' di etc. I am a salafi Muslim myself and I love shamsi for the sake of Allah - subhanahu wa ta'ala-

Either it are the pagan Arabs and that's what is apparent of the verse and linguistically here and is the opinion of the vast majority of mufassiruun . Or either it are the jews which is still an opinion some scholars have stated yes. But there are many opinions about whom they (the pagan Arabs or jews) intended with this labeling ساحران in this verse but the vast majority said that it is Musa and the prophet Muhammad- sallallahu alayhi wa sallam.- which is also apparent from the verse. The one shamsi mentioned that the two magicians are prophet Muhammad ﷺ and Musa and the ones saying it are the jews is one of them. But yes if you look at the context it is more clear that its being said by the arab pagans.
