This guy soothes me. His voice, his artwork and his music. ❤❤
Love everything about John Squire, his guitar style, his songwriting (including his solo albums), his artwork, and his attitude. Absolute legend.
Solo albums?
@@macaroni745 Yes. He has 2 and I love them.
John squires a creative genius
I still listen to the Stone Roses and have loved them from day one. Made of Stone is my favourite. The Second Coming is brilliant aswell. The guitar by John on that is 10/10. Just listen to Tears and you will understand. When they came out it was so new and there artwork was so cool ,thanks to John again. But the Roses and Happy Mondays and the Charlatans were ace and what a time for music as a teenager. Best times.👍
There was definitely something going on with the roses at this point. Although John tries to avoid answering he couldn't help but give something away.
To hear John Squire say that he plays guitar occasionally, breaks my soul
Well hopefully he isn't talking for this exact time, lockdown -he should of wrote songs or whatever, solo l.p his . 2nd one wouldn't hurt, any ways this video is 10 ys old
@@waynesilverman3048 You should go back to school, you illiterate cheddar.

These are definitely my favourite of his paintings I’ve seen
3:24 - he must have know they were getting back together at this point he's trying so hard not to smile.
Love the work and the repensentation of one imagine through ART we speak.
Giz one of your art works John. As your a absolute legend. My second favourite guitarist. Just pipped by David gilmour. Thanks for the memories..wwg1 wga
We need a 4th coming.
Do we though? If it's them playing the same 15 songs again in their 60s, I really don't think so.
3:16 you can tell the band was already back together
Funkadelic he knows
He’s still that awkward indie kid from 1990. Only says what he has to.
Does he question the real meaning of life? I think we all do. "Many are called, few are chosen"
The quiet Rose like George( beatles)
I like
Woow Just how I imagined. John Squire from Liverpool.
Thank fuck he didn't do a cartoon of Allah
Based
a wasn't a happy boo boo at the roses question
Sayno 2badblow don't think he's ever happy Mr personality
ridiculous title to the video
certainly not partaken with Bloomberg
Drop kicked my nan watching this
This hasn’t aged well…he’s sold out.
You can become boring john , when you turn away from your talents , come on , grandpa pick up your crazy heart , and give it one more try
Shut up and play Fools Gold on your guitar John 😁
😂 he’s only fooling himself with this paint malarkey
He did. He actually recorded it with a bunch of other songs back in 1989. You can give it a listen anytime you like 😉
@@nervesinapattern7261 You’re an ignorant cretin.
Seems to recent celebrity culture but wants to break in the most elitist business "da fine arts" they roses should replace him with bucket head 😎
Purposefully oblique. Pretentious.
The explanation of the artwork is surprisingly logical, uncomplicated and convincing.
Equivocating? Diplomatic Lol
Thank goodness his guitar playing was more exciting than his personality.
The man is probably on the spectrum and I say that not in an insulting way. To have that much artistic talent is definitely a gift. He’s a wizard on the guitar, one of my heroes
Come on John..you’re only fooling yourself get back on the guitar and stop with this art malarkey
@@felina7849 I do, but I didn’t get to see them live. I want them to reform NOW
Fell asleep
What a boring taste in music. Yes those influnces are great but there is a vastly huge catalog of newer music that is up there or better than those oldies.
Maybe that’s why the Roses dried up??
What nonsense, modern day stuff that tops Hendrix???
On ya bike you waster.
