The policy analyzer won't pop up properly for me for some reason and I did the exact same thing you did. I still enjoyed watching your video and am glad that I was able to see the lab done all the way through even though I wasn't able to do it myself. Thank you for all your help. I'm not familiar with IT but I'm still determined to earn my CompTIA Security+ Certification.
So sorry to hear that. Have you tried it again since? Maybe after restarting your laptop. If that doesn't work try using a different browser. If it's still buggy please reach out to CompTIA asap so they can help provide better solutions.
Same thing happened to me, I had to change my actually laptop text settings to 100%, instead of 115%. Then had to turn off the VM. I also exited and started another window. Just mess with it. Hope this helps and good luck!

These labs are buggy the policy analyzer won’t pop up properly for me
Try restarting your environment.
