Not really, he doesn't give you anymore rewards or say much about you not turning him in. I think on the Bandit one I went back and talked to him afterward and nothing of note was said.

Yeah there is. It's mostly the same as bandit with some small differences. I am uploading the stalker side ones over the next week

I got a question: Where do I can get CAA RS-1 Handguard anyway? I did find in Gun shop but info is unknown.
Most of the handguards got removed and changes to attachments occurred last month
