My husband uses premade wheels on his toys, if ugly will drill a 19/64 hole instead of a 3/8 the axles will spin just as good. Another tip pour some glue on a board and use a flat tooth pick to coat the inside of the wheel then push the axle into the wheel it does a better job and not as messy
This project was a lot of fun and pretty easy. I left links to the pre-made wheels, axle pins, and template in the description if anyone is interested.
