when turning on, hold timer button and press power button rapidly a few times until it goes into calibration mode. Using a different accurate scale weigh out: 20 g, 100 g, 500 g, 1 kg, 1.5 kg and 2 kg Having accurate calibration weights would work even better. Follow the numbers on display for which weights to put on until you get to the F1-8 sequence F1 - 20g to center of scale and remove when it goes to F2 F2 - 20g again onto center of scale, then remove and put 500g to the centre of the scale, then remove when F3 starts F3 - 500g again onto the right hand side of the scale F4 - 500g again onto the top side of the scale F5 - 500g again onto the left hand side of the scale F6 - 500g again onto the bottom side of the scale F7 - 1kg into centre of scale, let it sit on the centre of scale for a bit or put 2kg directly on centre of scale. End.
Thank you. Thanks to your video, I was able to resolve the error on my scale.
